Ok, it's good. But the only violence it has is Acchan's broken hand.

^That's the 'only' violence? I think Haruna's body slumping down and Mayu being skewered classify as violence.

The PV was awesome, but boring too. I thought there would be more violence like heads being cut off or bodies being sliced in half.
Also why did Mariko-san have to die first?

I feel so puzzled at the apparently popular reaction "not as much violence as I expected = not good". This wasn't a gore movie to begin with. O_O

Yes, but some of us were drawn to AKB48 by their involvement in violence and gore (Majisuka Gakuen).

We really need more, much more, violence and gore to control our insatiable appetites for death.

Their talent, beauty, artistry, and commercialization of pubescent sexuality will only keep our attentions for so long.

We need gratuitous violence with our senseless sex.

^ I know, but why censor it when it doesn't have that much violence. I'm kid and I wasn't scared of it but I know how kids would feel if they did see Acchans hand bleed to it's death XD

It wasn't like I expected.
The deaths were not violent at all.
The only really violent things were Kojima's death and Acc-Chan's hand.

I thought I was the only one who thought the song from the intro sounded just like Thank you/Stan! I love that song, when I was younger I only bought that Eminem album for that song xD

about the Beginner PV. I love it. I don't understand why people is disappointed, it's a good PV and really really good for an idol group. It's very emotive as some people said. I wish we have a HQ video.

I like boku no value too, I like how it has a story. Also Aika vs Kumi is a nice tsundere fight xD

The pv was wonderful. AKB48 is, as always, practically perfect in most every way.

It has just been a little long, for some of us, since we saw such a beautiful sight as a blood covered Matsui Rena giggling over a prone Miyazawa Sae or the delightful scene of a handcuffed Maeda Atsuko beaten bloody by Miho Miyazaki, Manami Oku, and Aika Ota. The full pv helped a little, but really what we need is more bloody violence directed by the members of AKB48 themselves.

Perhaps the Janken single could involve a pv where Uchida and the other senbatsu lead a bloody revolt against Yuko, Acchan, and the others of the usual suspects. Haruna Kojima could be a traitor to the established leaders, thus explaining her survival of the bloody coup.

Just some musings as I avoid grading midterm examinations.

I really like the PV. It's good. I guess I could see why some people are disappointed if you were expecting more violence.

Gah I'm finally home... This thing's been on my mind for the entire school day.... >.>
Anyway, my 2 cents:

IT'S FRICKING BRILLIANT.

Ok I'll admit, I have some bit of lingering disappointment which most likely stems from my reconceived ideas of more violence. But from seeing from what we saw from those LQ previews awhile back, my expectations should have been lowered... I guess the whole censorship issue kinda heightened it all a little.... but anywayyyy...

I especially LOVED the ending with Yuko grabing Takamina's arm as she walked away... And then giving her a hug... It was such a touching moment...

I loved the song in HQ, but I like more with the Acchan's Screaming

Wow that PV wasn't even violent
But I liked it a lot, I thought it was really good. I liked how it all revolves aroung Takamina being the "boss" in the game and the Acchan screaming part is like... my favorite part of the PV

And also I have to say I really love the part in the dance in the PV where they do that shuffle thing during the interstrumental part. It seems so hard to do xD

I'm really loving this single..

DIVA was awesome...i really loved the song so i can't wait to watch the PV when i get my CDs...

The ORIGINAL Beginner PV totally pwnd...i'm glad we get to see it even though it won't be on this single release i was like woahhhh.....especially when Haruna got sliced into two...XD

What a nice way to relieve me of my school stress.. log on to S48, go to beginner thread and what do I see... BEGINNER ORIGINAL PV!!!.. YEESSS... I like it.. a lot.. though I must say that it doesn't quite flow with the melody of the song but nevertheless it was AWESOME... Where's my HQ of this.. oohhh King Records..

NyanNyan's Death is still the most EPIC death..
