I've got info that the handshaking event is replaced with hi touch event

and each person can only hi touch with 6 of 12 members because they are positioned in 2 separate exit doors.

Today Singapore Zaobao chinese newspaper got one huge full color page on AKB48 (their pic is A4 size, color on paper!!!). Probably the biggest coverage on a jpop artiste by singapore paper since Ayumi and Speed's era. Finally, AKB48 had caught the attention of Singapore media

There are quite a few positives in the report on AKB48
- First, it got a big big color pic of the girls performing with Rie-chan as the central main character. Furthermore, the article is located on the full backpage, not in the middle of a newspaper, meaning anyone who open the newspaper and turn to the back, they can see the AKB48 report.
- You can tell the writer is very impressed with the girls. He describe them as sweet,cute and charismatic and do not have the attitude issue many idols have these days . You can feel the reporter have a very close, friendly session with the girls during interview
- The writer try to emphasize the girls have different distinct characters and have very close bonds to their fans as well as within the group.
- The article also bring out some of AKB48's achievements and explain AKB48 concept correctly. The reporter describes the their AFA performance as brilliant capturing the hearts of old and new fans. [clap]
- A nice interview with Aki-p . He mentioned that they do not have "No boyfriend rule" for the girls [think] . If the girls found whom they truly love, he will congratulate them and wish them all the best.

There is one negative about the article, I think the writer is misinformed that erepyon is involved in the boyfriend photo leakage incident (Kikuchi?) . Other than that, this is a good start for Singapore media coverage of AKB48. Other newspaper need to pick up fast.

the article talks about AKB's beginnings, their recent record-breaking streak and their recent perf in Singapore + STGCC. there's also some mention about how Sayaka lost her team captaincy and some interview with the girls in which how Mayuyu talks about fans mentioning how much she looks like a CG Character (lol and she seems so proud of that)! another interesting part about the article is the interview with Aki-P, since the reporters were Chinese they asked him like which Chinese artists he admires the most and about his experiences with AKB and the jap entertainment industry.

i read the s'pore's zaobao report but i felt that they made mistakes again as they made an error about sae's age as they reported on sae's age is 17 actually sae is 20 this year , zaobao also reported about the reason behind erepyon's graduation is because erepyon was involved in a boyfriend photo scandal . and no choice but to graduated which we felt that this was untrue as the person in the scandal was ayarin as she was fired from B because of the boyfriend photo scandal.
give props to zaobao as they had already done their best as most of the journalists in singapore press holdings are kpop bias.

Erena had a rumor about dating some guy from another music group... in other forum it was hinted that THAT was the reason why erepyon was... "declining" in management favor, so she graduated because actually AKB48 was a stone in her road in this eventuality.
That was what was SAID, not that the story is true .

Back to singapore... plase, as they event can't be with photos... PLEEEASE TAKE A LOT of pics at the airport... pleeeeease... T___T

Mayuchi got center, Harucandoit is being pushed, Aamin too, Suuchan too, Harugon has warota, Asuka isn't concsidered underdog at all... Haachan has fans here xD, Tanamin too, Sakiko too...
