Re: (DAY 2) Mafia VII: EFCI Add-on: I believe that a psychiatrist is needed to save her, but I don't think the girl will be turned into a vigilante after being saved. I just found this in the wiki, that there's a role called Psychopath. It's basically a Serial Killer that can be "cured" (turned into a Townie) by the Psychiatrist. And maybe due to the difficulty of this game, the mod set it such that the first night she wasn't allowed to kill....sort of to give us more...time? and warning. Either way I doubt that she will turn into vigilante.
