    Man do these ratings suck, I'm sure it has more to do with the old hana kimi being to popular, or not long enough ago becasue rally I think this cast is doing a pretty good job, really more than anything though may be the case f been there done that.....

    ok, already watch ep04...
    IMO the episode is getting better and not boring at all, but the rating is getting lower.. :fp:
    whatever.. I will watch it till the last episode..
    and damn.. nakatsu he is so brave...

    Man it was worse when Acchan asked Takamina what she though of the show when they watched it together and she fell asleep too! :lol:

    (obviously this happened in the apart ment that they so live in together :awesome: )

    This week's ep ends on a rather different wavelength to the series so far. Was otherwise an ok episode nothing too special.

    Summer holiday episode, the guys working jobs.. earning money (im assuming to save the school)
    Kagazukaras younger sister appears and has a crush on Sano (like everyone)
    Nakatsu being all possessive over Mizuki
    Everyone who's not an Osaka student (save for sano) has figured Mizuki's a girl

    The Ending (warning.. not at all what I was expecting, not exactly a pg theme either)
    Mizuki's sempai at the students part time job place... attempts to Rape her in his car. They cliffhanger it, as he has her pinned down covering her mouth, after admitting he likes her and grabs at her etc making it look like his intentions are exactly that.., next weeks trailer showed the students searching frantically for Mizuki with flashlights in the dark with no indication of her condition.

    I don't even...
    This is a light humour show.. was not expecting this at all.

    I think that's what happened in the manga... or not?

    it's kinda ironic how Flying Get PV might be the better 'drama' than Hanakimi though.

    what a surprise from this week episode....

    I don't recall the original series have any cliffhanger episode....Are they desperately trying to boost the
    TV rating with this nonsense cliffhanger episode ?? Mizuki getting kidnapped and raped is a little overboard....this is a comedy drama.

    I haven't seen this episode yet. I read like 24 chapters of the manga, and iirc, yes, that's what happened in the manga.

    That's what I was thinking too, a ending like that for a ratings boost. But its like, how would the ppl not watching the show know to tune in, when they aren't even watching? :awesome:

    In the manga Sano will come rescuing Mizuki and afer that, Mizuki felt thirsty but apparently she was fainted or something like that so she couldn't drink and guess what Sano did to ease her thirst :awesome:..

    TBH the manga has some really ...daring scenes...not to revealing or anything but definitely will give the fanboys some kind of heart attack :XD: . The 2007 one didn't have any of those kind of scenes since their rating was very stable. I wonder if the director decide to add this scene to boost rating :awesome: .

    as Shinchan hinted at the manga does have daring scenes, one of which is the kidnap/attemted rape scene does actually happen in the manga!
