Yah...its a bit too yellow!!! But its cute....can you try to do a bit not a darkish background color!!! Like maybe black and blue XP.....anyways its upto you!!!!

^Haha lol. xD I'm so glad you like it! And also since you said you wanted blue and black, I put a black layer on top of everything, then darkened it. Also added a little cyan in it and blue of course~ EDIT: All that I do know of though is that it's way different looking than last time if you do compare it. XDD
