But seriously, the UK hardly gets anyone, Australia is getting SNSD AND 4minute AND Shinee at this huge Kpop concert at the end of the year and I am KICKING myself that I am not back home until January! ARGH!

I don't think that's a selfish request. I want the same and I'd most definitely prefer that we meet the girls in private. Besides, it's inevitable that "on-the-spot fans" will show up. I just feel like it will ruin the experience for me, know what I mean? Plus, I hate the media here too and I absolutely do not want Japanese music to be mainstream here. It's bad and torturous enough that Korean pop is everywhere. I've asked a quite a number of fans if they understood what they're listening to and they admitted that they don't and they're fans just because the singer/group is "hot" or pretty. Personally, fandoms based on looks are really sad. I'd rather that Japanese singers/groups not venture here so that the feeling of 'pureness' and 'exclusive for my ears only' feeling will be maintained.

I wished for the same before but still, I don't want my favorite artists come to this country. I've only stayed in the Philippines for 9 years but I can say that the Filipino approach towards Asian music is quite different - they'd only like the artist majority of the time just because of their looks or Filipino blood. It just feels so..I don't know..negative. I want Japanese music be remain 'untouched' here. I don't want it to have the same image Korean music has in this country.

I'm sorry for sounding so selfish guys.

They are going to hold the concerts in China which is my hometown, but unfortunately I cant go there cuz Im stuying in Toronto now.

I heard its hard to get the ticket of the concert in China as there are too many ppl want to watch it.

But if they come to Toronto, its gotta be really easy for me to get ticket.

So far ,just been to Hongkong for shaking hands with Sato amina, the real akb is really cuteeee!!!
