[CONCERT] AKB48 - First performance in Jakarta '12/02/25

As was announnced on the 2nd day of the 2012 Request Hour Concert, AKB48 will be holding it's first live performance in Jakarta together with it's first non-japanese sister group, JKT48.

The performance will be held in Balai Kartini Convention Centers, a venue wiithe the capacity of 1000 persons audience.

I'm from Malaysia so there's a high probability that I might be able to fly down to Jakarta for the concert. Do you guys know where I can get the tickets?

i hope they send at least one of kami7 to jakarta,
cuz akb at indonesia is really rare chance,
they never perform overseas, unless being invited.

Remember that at the same date there will be a handshake event for KazeFui (credit to mihipyon).

Just to remind us to not over expect the line-up.

Anyhow, I am pretty interested to find out how many international fans will come to Jakarta if one or two of the Kami7 visit Jakarta.

Don't worry, in general, everything is much cheaper in Jakarta if you compare it to Singapore [rock]

^ I thought so. Which is why I need to see the line-up first before deciding whether I should go or not since the date is so close to my final exam and there will be a lot of assignments and deadlines

I had done a translation of the T&Cs also the procedure to obtain the ticket.

1.AKB concert ticket is not for sale

2.To get this ticket, Pocari Sweat will be giving 40 tickets away free for those of you who make online purchase or any products at (http://www.toko-otsuka.com/). This is the main condition

3.Do not forget to include in the order note “Tiket gratis AKB48" in addition to your list of products that you want to purchase so that you get to participate in the program

4. For this program,payment can only be made through bank transfer (if rekening actually means BT) and transfer can only be made after getting confirmation from various authorities

5. Customers will have to make the payment transfer after getting confirmation from Otsuka Shop regarding the purchase list. Proof of payment to be sent to email: sales@toko-otsuka.com.

As you can see,there are no public sale of tickets. You can only get the ticket through this tedious procedure.

I bolded #8 because this sounds ambiguous to me. I am wondering if they meant Only Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya and Medan address can be used to take part. Neither did they state that only Indonesians can participate. But looking at the enthusiasm of the Indo fans,I bet most of them already flying get the online order.

Who are they gonna invite? Government officials to watch AKB concert? Because I have a feeling that it's going to be similar to that Vietnam event that AKB went previously,of course this is just my opinion

that method is only for the free one right? i'm sure there will be other method to get the tickets since the venue is quite large (approximately could hold up to 1000 people)

40 tickets only??! its hard to believe that and i don't think the concert is only limit 40 people to attend it...It can't be possible that they invite the whole group to jakarta just to perform for only 40 people...and i hope that the tickets are available for overseas visitors as well...
