So happy for them and the big announcement of plans to perform at Tokyo Dome. They have finally reached their dream from when they started out as just a little theater in Tokyo. Hope the whole weekend goes well for them, but I'm sad that Atsuko and Yuko won't be joining Takamina in D.C. Would have been life-changing to see all three of them perform together.

As a person who's had the good fortune to see those three perform together both in NYC and LA...yeah, it's pretty life-changing, haha!

But yeah...word up to Tokyo Dome. However, I wonder now...what'll be their next big dream now that Tokyo Dome's finally happening? An..."encore" concert at Tokyo Dome?

LOL, call the second Tokyo Dome concert event "ENCORE!!!"

That's it! I'm claiming that as my original idea! I'll be more than happy to receive my royalties, AKS. B-)

My whole reason of liking AKB48 so much is leaving, this saddens me but again it makes me happy that she is doing what she wants. So I will follow her wherever she goes

It's all Sasshi's fault. Her photobook outsold Acchan's, so Akimoto gave her the axe.

Not quite sure what to say. They always say that it's the member's choice to leave (if they didn't screw up)... so, I'm really at a loss for words. She is the face, so it's kinda rough to leave everyone while her face is out there promoting almost everything they're doing.

Wow... big piece of the puzzle will be missing. I'm sure this is something she has kept to herself. I can only imagine how shocked the other members must be. I hope this doesn't destroy the dynamics of the team.

I think I just completely ruin the day .. I have sincerely wanted to mourn and no one can occupy the position in akb of Acchan, no matter what your oshimen, just have to be realistic ...

I agree that there may not ever be anyone else who can occupy her position, It will be silly trying to "replace" her, her versatility was perfect for her being centre, as in she can handle the 'cute' image as well as the 'badass' seen in beginner and River. I'm not sure if anyone can handle that the way she did, but oh well.. best of luck to Acchan in whichever path she goes down!

I'm really proud of Acchan! This is such a huge step for her and I'm glad to see her moving on to bigger and better things.

This was a big decision for her and something that was not easy to do, especially being the face of the group.

This is going to be real hard on the other members as well. I know this will challenge every girl in the agency.

I support both Acchan and AKB. TILL. THE. END!!!!!!!!!!!
