I still can't believe she ranked 14th in the preliminary results. I just can't get over it. If I could I would buy like 30 CDs or something just to vote for her. I hope the fans will realize this is a now or never kind of thing and vote hardcore for her. It would be super awesome if she made it in senbatsu and probably the most shocking thing as well, considering that she is a girl that always made it only to undergirls and this year, with the high competition because of so many SKE and NMB girls ranking, making it to senbatsu would definitely turn heads and she would probably finally get the attention she well deserves and the attention she should have gotten years ago. Plus, I'm pretty sure everyone thought that she is one of those members that would never made it past undergirls, especially a 2nd member like Umechan who was never pushed. I'm sure they thought that it's too late now for her to be something more. But guess what? This time she really stepped up her game, and I think that her good preliminary ranking will give her fans more reasons to vote for her in the upcoming elections. Because this time there is Hope

umechans 14th in the preliminary results [party] . thats so awesome i hope she stays in the top 16 she really deserves it. i definitely gotta vote for her at least a couple of times and hope it helps her stay up there

王道 means the orthodox way. Think she was talking about creating another orthodox or standard way of doing certain hairstyle except the one that is already widely recognized.
