I'm wondering if any sort of S48 Tokyo Dome Meetup thread could be made? I know Tokyo is big and we're all gonna have things we want to do, but would be neat to run into each other at some point before after the concert(s).

Does the postal code we enter matter? Like, if I enter a certain postal code, does that mean my friend can only pick up tickets from that area? Or can they pick it up from any conbini nationwide (or at least in Tokyo?)

Address only matters if you are having tickets delivered.

Also - you can pick up your own tickets, your friend doesn't need to do it. The 36-48 hour window is only if you do Conbini payment.

I still need some clarification regarding the payment and collection of tickets.

Please let me know if the followings are true.

You can choose to pay in two ways:

1. Register and pay by your credit card (non-Japanese one is fine). You will get a code and yourself or someone in Japan can go and collect your ticket. But where do you collect it? In a conbini or at Tokyo Dome on that day? What does the "36-48 window" mean? Is there a deadline for you to collect your ticket?

2. Tell your friend in Japan the code and let him pay for it, and have it printed in a conbini.

Does Option 2 means choosing "ちょコム" in payment method? What should I enter in the box then?

Please tell me if you find ANYTHING wrong in the above statements. Thank you very much!!

from what my poor understanding is that there is no credit card payment for the general release only payment at 7 eleven only are allowed.

your not allowed to purchase if the address is not filled properly too.

I think so. The only way is to ask a Japanese friend to pay for you in a conbini. Otherwise the only hope is to wait for the lottery for cancelled tickets.

Note: My Japanese is very poor.

If paying at Seven Eleven you have until 23:30 on the 17th Aug to pay if paying at Circle K(SunKus) then you have until 23:59 on 17th Aug to pay.

Credit card is not possible.

Ticket Collection
For 24th Concert - From 8am on 22nd Aug
For 25th Concert - From 8am on 23rd Aug
For 26th Concert - From 8am on 24th Aug

Cancel Machi

Application is possible from 15:00 16th Aug until 12:00 midday on 20th August. Payment is credit card only.

Cancel Machi Results and Ticket Collection
For 24th Concert - 23rd Aug 18:00
For 25th Concert - 24th Aug 18:00
For 26th Concert - 25th Aug 18:00

Collection of ticket is again from either Seven Eleven or Circle K (SunKus)

hi,

i have a query regarding the general sales. if i have a friend residing in Japan at the moment, is it possible i ask my friend to buy the ticket for me and then pay for it at the convenience store??? when he pay it at the convenience store, will he receive the ticket exchange voucher on the spot or i can collect the ticket voucher myself from any 7 eleven when i reach japan. the problem is my friend is residing in kobe, which is very far from tokyo so i do not want to trouble him.

It maybe better for locals to answer, but I'm pretty sure that you can do it in any one of them. There're thousands of them in Japan.

They will receive the ticket voucher when he pays. That is the receipt/number you will need to get the ticket before the concert. Tickets will not be available until 2 days before each event. You'll take the receipt/number to the conbini to print out your ticket. I've done it before with a photocopy, but it probably wouldn't hurt to have your friend mail the receipt to where you are staying in Japan.

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL: In case you are not reading this entire thread - the ticket MUST be in your name (it will be printed on the ticket). If you are having a friend assist, make sure they create the Ticket Pia account in your name. It doesn't matter for payment or pick-up, but it will matter when you try to get into the concert.

No - the only stipulation is that they must enter the event with you.

I'm going on a trip to Tokyo next week during the concert weekend.
It's acchan last concert and I want to be there at all cost but....
I have no friends in Japan, no address, no phone numbers.

What are my options to get a ticket? Can someone help me buy? Is there a company that I can pay to get a ticket?
I'm willing to pay more then the price but I'm worried that the auctions in yahoo will not let me enter the concert and get myself banned from all future events.

All I need is 1 ticket but it seems like impossible to grab one.

Will we get Acchans graduation on DVD? It seems that AKB don't really release concert DVDs. AKB graduations never really felt special up until now because like with JE the members just seem to disappear and it doesn't feel special at all.

All of AKB's concerts get a DVD release. The one at Tokyo Dome is no exception.

According to Togasaki, Acchan's last show at the theater might get a release as well (in addition to the LOD), but we don't know about that yet.

Does it mean that you can buy 2 tickets for each day, or 2 tickets for only one day?
