Yeah, I translated the blog post roughly word for word at the time it was posted (even the intro that is no longer there), so it's impossible that I would get the numbers "19" and "20" mixed up, or somehow completely ignore the existence of a 5th grouping. Seems HRP edited the OP to reflect the update, so it's all good. Glad we're getting a Team 4 one and they're not pretending that the team never existed or something

Eventually, yes. At one time, no. I don't have 60000 yen lying around to throw at this Come New Year's, I'll probably get B3-B5, and if money permits, B1 and B2 too. Everything else can wait. Also, dependent on how HMV's promotions go, I want another 20% of my total purchase price back as a coupon like their amazing promo a couple months back [rock]

I'll probably buy in order of what I'd like to sing - silly system, maybe, but it works for me since that's what I'll mostly be using it for.

So, probably H2, A3-5, K3-5, B3-5. No idea what order, but...yeah. Thank god I make money now.

This is totally a coincidence, but I just visited HMV right now and they ARE offering the 20% coupon back [party] You can find details here: http://www.hmv.co.jp/en/news/article/1211270013/

But the gist is, after your order ships, you get 20% of that purchase price back to use as money off your next order, as long as this order is over 8000 yen. So that's a minimum of 3 of these albums. So...say I buy 3 for 9000 yen, I get 1800 yen off my next order. If I buy 4 for 12000 yen, I get 2400 yen off my next order, and so on. The promotion goes on until Dec. 6 (as in, any order placed between now and Dec 6) so I would definitely pre-order if you're interested in any of these, you get a lot of money back. The only other requirement is that the order be shipped by Feb. 6th, but since these albums release on New Year's Day, that's not a problem.

This is essentially buying albums, and depending on how much you buy, getting AKB's traditional February single free

These are no limited releases. They won't get sold out.

Only thing that of course you won't be able to get after a while is the first press with a photo, but that's all the difference there is to it.

I allready have all the previous stage albums, but instrumental tracks and theses covers are very tempting.
anyway, H1, K4, B3 are my most wanted.

Do you have to have an account on the HMV site to receive the coupon? Because I'm asking someone to buy those CDs for me and it seems like a nuisance to ask them to make an account then order it for me.

So will it be the original teams versions of the stages or the post shuffled teams?

Probably the teams the stages were performed with. They may exclude some graduated members but outside of that it should be original teams.

Was reading in a few places that these are "remastered" would be interesting for anyone that has the reissues to compare them to old studio ones and see if they sound different.

Making an account takes....I don't know, 3 min? For the benefits you get with an account versus not having an account, those 3 minutes are definitely worth it! Think about it, 20% back!

It's just that he is Japanese (family friend) and I'm not that fluent in Japanese (it takes me at least an hour to write an email, asking him to order stuff for me). So I don't really know how to explain to him about that 20% discount offer.

The covers are awesome !!! [rock] , cant wait for team 4's boku no taiyou ver cover ~!
But it's a little pricey for a student wallet [sealed] , I wish the bonus photos were members from the teams , not only senbatsu , but ...well [shake]

studio recording> as in current member singing all the stage songs OR the actual members for each stage recording the songs in the past where their stage were still active...probably getting all TEAM K stage...i wonder which is the best out of A and B?...
