No3b actually didn't do good this time, Kashiwagi Yuki's first solo sold this in two days. I know Yuki is very popular, but No3b are three and also popular members. I am sad with these sales considering they did not do anything for over a year, and now with Minegishi's scandal , I don't think they release anything soon.

Now looking back, I think it is just marketing starts to correcting themselves. 48 groups solo and sub-units hit their highs in 2011. Both Diva and No3b by comparison didn't gain as many sales and other groups but in return they also didn't suffer as bad a drop as other members.

While 74,000 is a bit low, but considering the level of sales lately across the board, it's was...O.K...

 

For a sub-unit, 74,000 is already high if you look at the sales of Morning Musume when I use to be their fan. I would be grinning if they reach 70,000, which they did in Nanchette Renai, that was before their current resurgent in 2012.

Considering that they're part of the National Idol group it could be raise some question. But, the single was release just after the Christmas holiday, a time when people really spend a lot.

And, with Takamina going solo and Miichan demoted to KKS, I do wonder what Nyannyan will do if no3b is to stay, if ever she'll not graduate before the release of another no3b single.
