I think the 1st episode is more like behind the scene of JKT48 Budokan concert rather than a "Real mission". Probably next episode is still about the Budokan concert soI'm expecting in the 3rd episode the girls will be given a real mission to accomplished. Anyway, I am quite happy to watch the 1st episode. The audience can see their hardwork in training, their senpai is quite killer too (not Gitcha but the other one)

where the eps 2, their goal is only to perform in Budokan, which we all already know... they did it.... beautifully

 

Like most people said, this first episode is rather introducing what is JKT and their relationship to the other 48, and how are they representing Indonesia in Japan

no what TMI meant is about the 48 group intro...it supposed to feature all 48 groups....

 

is there only me in this forum that think that first episode of JKT48 Mission is a Fan only episode ?
if I don't have any interest in JKT48, I definitely will switch channel...
It more a documentary video rather than a variety show .... and a documentary only will be watch by some one who have interest. I think JKT school is much better that this.

 

Hmm, I don't think so, djt. I tried to be objective while watching the show and I think it was easy to understand for people whom had no or little knowledge about 48 family. With their increasing exposure in Indonesia media, a lot of people should be wondering what actually JKT48 is. The show seems aimed to this kind of audience. I will personally highly recommend this show (and 1st MegaKonser) if there are any person come to me asking about JKT48.

Wrong. A lot of people do judge shows by watching only the first episode.

And I agree completely with djt, it was rather disappointing, but knowing that they're trying to spread the idol culture in Indonesia, it was a good effort. A little disappointing but also a good effort was put into the show. I know that during the next episodes we can expect some more fun games and that's what I'm honestly waiting for.

And honestly even as a fan I was a bit bored by the show.

 

oh intro section... i just looked back and there seems to be a reason for it... they might not miss a mistake like that... i think...

about the shows...
maybe we have to wait until the episode about the amusement park in Japan... that was one of the interesting things for me... there are moments when the captain scared to go into the haunted house... i am looking forward to it... hehe... [rock]

I think there are various opinion about the show, but, if "good" is debatable, it certainly is not bad. There are no cheesy dialogues or awkward parts, and it shows the characters of members, naturally, like when Sonya spoke fluently in English, Melody did make up for Delima, how Kinal showed her role as captain, and many other else. I am a far fan so I can't meet the members as often as Jakarta fans and this kind of show made me feel closer.
