Just a reminder: AMI Awards inauguration is airing tonight, at 21:00 W.I.B.

It appears that there are a load of musicians that are going to perform. No JKT48, though, since they are busy preparing for tomorrow

Let's see how it turns out

Yupi usually mention Shanju in her tweets as "Dedek Shania" (lil' Shania). I really want to see them interacting with each other from up close.

JKT48 didn't get the newcomer award
Well, they're not that new anymore anyway

But if they win the other award, that would be the perfect birthday present

Last year on Ramadhan season they having a time off right? Eh, or was it the time when they performed out door with that neat cool seifuku?

 

Well, they lost to Cakra Khan, and I guess it is pretty much predictable.

But don't know about the 'Vocal Group' category tho'.

Not that full time off actually.

Last year, since they still had no theater, they only perform at 100% Ampuh and another break-fasting program. And they held "Buka Puasa Bersama" event, too.

This Ramadhan, most likely they are going to close the theater (I hope they do renovations for it), and only perform on outdoor events. Oh and they seems to hold another "Buka Puasa Bersama" again, since it is one nice event [notme]

Well, i'm not surprised with the best group results but.. it's still disappointing.

 

Cherrybelle. I see. So even with all of JKT's achievements, they still cannot compete with the last year's winner.

For JKT, maybe this year is not their year. Nothing to worry about. They still need more things to prove themselves worthy of the award. Even AKB took 6-7 years to win JRA, so the road is still long for them [nod]

lol that's incredibly unnecessary things to do.

All of those "Newcomer" awards which they already won is a good start, really. JKT still has a very very looong way to go and that's depend on the staff, fans, and of course the members.

 

I guess it's still a long way for JKT48 to win awards that isn't based on popular vote
and even longer way for the fans to act mature and accept the fact that their beloved groups are still young and immature in terms of skill and talents

I know JKT48 fans have a bad image but tonight i see a lot of them congratulate to cherrybelle, and from what i see chiters always use JKT48 name for blaming them, like "Why cherrybelle is the winner? JKT48 is much better" etc

And i see a lot of S4/Smash fans blaming them too, so maybe it's just the immature fans who do that

 

The song included in the awards is the Heavy Rotation right?

well, looks like they want OFC to spread the ticket to a friend who barely know of the group or not interested. or lest their ticket isn't selling that much
