No. All the stuff you mentioned did not even stop her to be the second highest vote getter. The most likely reason why Melody did not get a place in any unit song was because Melody's fans lowered their guard and became complacent after seeing Melody's impressive preliminary result in Tenshi no Shippo. Then they got greedy and tried to aim for other unit songs such as Junjo Shugi and Temodemo no Namida. Aiming for multiple unit songs is simply a baaad strategy and suicidal act. Just take a look at Haruka's result. Haruka is the highest vote getter and almost all of her votes went to one unit song only, Junjo Shugi, that is.

 

Yeah, I was hoping it would be more for that reason than the others I mentioned. Though I can't help but think that some people would naturally vote for other unit songs for their oshi just out of sheer number of total votes; But there were multiple girls whose fans focused on one song only. That's amazing! Melody oshis will be looking for revenge in the next event maybe a type of Sousenkyo for JKT?

Your english is good, no worries.

As for the translation, I know a very small amount of Japanese so I sort of understood what was talked about. I can only give a very rough summary translation as I can only understand certain words so someone can cmiiw.

When Melody comes in and the teacher writes her name on the board, the men comment that the name is interesting and how its written. Instead of in Roman (Latin) Alphabet letters it is written in Japanese Katakana which is a writing style used for borrowed or foreign words. Either that or they are refering to the fact that the teacher had to write her name instead of her because she cannot write in Katakana.

The other other talk is basically about how cute the other members were but there is another interesting comment that was said when Melody sits down at her seat. One of the guys stated that when Melody went to Japan for the first time to film the music video, she didn't know the dance and even though Melody didn't speak Japanese it was Jurina who taught her the choreography.

Again, this is a very rough translation but I hope it helps.

But right now you have to wait a pretty long time because they only done translating up to 12 episodes.....

Unfortunately that site doesn't ship to Canada. But you're right about the need for gravure.

I was hoping this book would be a little thicker, only 52 pages is about half the size of most photobooks. Not that I'm complaining...

 

I bought it two days ago. And I can't complain for more [sealed]

It's true that 52 pages are too thin, but for it's worth the 85k. For me, at least The photos inside the book was... well, too lovely As a Melody-oshi, I am quite astonished that she's soo cute cute cute cute in this book.

I don't know if it's a must-buy. It depends on the buyer. One thing for sure, I am glad that my money was well-spent on this photobook
