Kasai Tomomi (Tomo~mi) / 2nd Generation

After looking over the registration info I'm worried the membership card is only deliverable in Japan [sweat]
I'm assuming something like FromJapan may not work for delivery due to them needing a membership too? I also see one of the perks is members only mail-order items. Hopefully someone can confirm if these items are possible to be shipped overseas or not.
I want to join so bad, but looks like I have some questions that need answered as to whether or not some of the perks may or may not be available to someone not living in Japan.

Wow, thanks! I registered for a Japanese address at Tenso and plan on joining Chiyuu's fan club on November 1st (right after payday)! Hoping for lots of cool goodies on her page in the future, and hoping she ends up selling a DVD and/or photobook.
This will be my first AKB (albeit it a graduated member)fan club, but was wondering if there is a list somewhere of who else has a fan club (Mariko-sama?) and the website addresses to join....

 

Is she good with kanji ?
