I still didn't watch the full show but I saw these cuts and omg I love it!! Paru is so hyper in this show lol~ There's so much YuiParu too XD all of Paru's reactions, screaming/laughing like crazy XD and when she screams "KAKKOI" or "YABAI" I just love this hahaha. It's really awesome, I have to watch the full show now!! ah, and also, I really love this hairstyle for her. It looks great, I hope she can have it all the time!

Mm... The way I see it it's not that she "doesn't want to", it's just that she doesn't feel like forcing herself. If Paru is really happy or having fun, she will show it. If not, she stays quiet. I'm totally fine with this. I've never been a big fan of idols who are cheerful and hyper 24/7, it just doesn't seem realistic to me (and so it makes me think they might be faking it lots of times, if not all the time). with Paruru at least you know that when she's being happy and laughing a lot, it's so real. and since these kind of moments don't happen everyday, it makes it even more enjoyable and precious XD Just like this video, it's so funny!!

I actually like her "cold" personnality too XD For example I'm currently watching Kousagi Dojo ep61-62 where she appeared with Haruu and Mariyagi, and just like the previous times she appeared on Kousagi Dojo with Haruu and Komari, this time again she's being "tsundere" with Haruu. It's just so fun seeing her "bully" Haruu, then have fun with her, then act cold to her, then hold her arm, then look at her with "..." expression while Haruu is eating non-stop etc. their relationship is hilarious (they're close friends btw). and another example of Paru's personnality is how she's being honest, like the episode of Kousagi Dojo with the guy who wanted his girlfriend to have her breast done. Paru's the only one who's being direct and honest. Same when she was asked about kennin. She clearly said she would refuse it. I mean, she might not be the type of idol with cute/cheerful/happy attitude every single day (there are enough of these in AKB anyway) but I love her the way she is, and it makes every cute/fun moment of her even better! XD

 

^Her screaming in the video are so funny ! And this hairstyle (like Yuko hairstyle) suits very well on her. If only she can keep the same hairstyle more longer .

I find this hysterical - You never know what she's going to say. She's incredibly selfless & caring to her Juniors one sec - the next she's slamming 30 yr olds she's never met- lol. IN ALL Fairness - Paruru does actually have a point in that the "Measuring Stick" shouldn't be adjust fir a woman just because she's over 30.

Let's actually examine this....

We all know this is a "Gimmick" to have a 30 yr old TOKEN AKB member - clearly this is NOT for actual "Idol Purposes" but for a cosmetic effect - Wouldn't it be in AKB48's BEST Interest to have the 'prettiest' girl they can acquire within reason? - We all know how "Prized" Youth & energy is to the Japanese so you're already setting yourself a lofty goal - find a 30 year old woman who can stand next Milky, Haruppi, & Mayuyu and NOT look "Out of Place" ON THE SURFACE! - right? The idea is to blend in, even though you're 30 right?

2nd- They asked Paruru's opinion - she is NOT speaking in the name of AKB, but rather about HER point of view from inside on a personal level - She is not Togasaki or Sasshi or Aki-P - she's the rank #11 girl giving her thoughts on what she'd choose if it was her choice.

Paruru's choice is NOT Politically Correct (a Western Disease) and it's scathingly BLUNT - Paruru knows full well that a pretty face can get farther in AKB & with fans than simpy "dancing skills" or "singing"- Being Pretty is your best advantage - especially if YOU Suck or has average skills at dancing, singing, MCing, handshaking, Interviews, acting, being on Google+...(hey, wait a second)

In short Paruru didn't give the kiss-ass canned diplomatic answer - she gave the logical & pragmatic business one. If you waste people's time on a promotion and pick an AVERAGE looking 30 year old- that's the attention you will receive - AVERAGE. The obvious story is- "Hey, look how HOT & amazing this 30 year old is holding her next to AKB48- can you believe she's 30??"- She'll be a Hero to older women, Older men will dig her - But it ALL starts with how she is perceived from the jump!"

I used to think Kintaro was really annoying till I saw her act 'Normal' on Mechaike sp & I really liked her smile & enthusiasm. I personally know a woman who is 40 years old from Japan and she looks like Taiga grown up from Toradora (Anime)- She's 40 & looks 21 - I'd totally date her. If you're going to pick a "30 yr old face for AKB48 - better make sure she's HOT because how many guys will gave her a 'chance' if she's not pretty standing next to KojiMako & KojiHaru & Sayanee.
