rice+ tofu+ bean sprout with curry sauce+ friend potato with chili sauce + cabbage in coconut milk n guess what, it 's the same price as my friend's rice+bits of chicken cheap, healthy, tasty!!!!
For breakfast I had toast, cream of wheat, and a glass of soymilk + half a cup of coffee (had to run out the door and couldn't finish it); for lunch, a friend and I had a rice ball making extravaganza and made them in star, heart, and teddy bear shapes with salmon/cream cheese, avocado, and mozzarella/tomato/balsamic vinegar fillings, respectively. We also had a microwave banana chiffon cake with Hello Kitty's face on it, the rest of the avocado, and marzipan/rose tea. I don't know about dinner...I'm drinking dandelion tea right now and I think I might make an applesauce souffle, but I don't really have any solid ideas about a main dish, yet. Actually, I might make peanut soup. I dunno. Something along those lines. Edit: I did end up making the peanut soup and it was appallingly delicious. (I sort of followed this recipe, but didn't use rice, put in tomato paste instead of tomatoes, and added zucchini and jerusalem artichokes.) I also ate some extra applesauce and a few artichoke hearts + a few almonds and drank a cup of tea with soymilk.
cup'o noodles for lunch, convenient, i know....not the greatest healthwise, but in moderation is ok.... spaghetti and salad with garlic bread, for dinner.
