If history repeats itself I will love this single, since I didn't enjoy Maeshika much and somehow the first singles have always predicted how I'd feel about the entire year's releases. I tend to really enjoy only every other year of AKB. It's weird.

I'm just hoping the senbatsu is no more than 16-20. Giant lineups are a waste. I'd rather see 40 seconds of a girl in a b-side than 2 seconds of her in an A-side.

last time the rumor from 2ch is true, is Heart Ereki/Labrador Retriever senbatsu.

after that, they predict 38th singles is AKB-only lol.

 

Quick question, I know most likely they will perform this new song at the upcoming request hour but will we have to wait until then to know the senbatsu as well or do you think they will announce it sometime before hand?

 

Tomu being included in the bigger senbatsu did lead to more mainstream media appearances as opposed to when she was in UG / coupling songs only. They may not get significant screentime in the MVs, but they do get more exposure in the promotion cycle.

But if they go back to smaller line-up, I think it is for sure that Tomu won't be included, ha. Well, I have hope. A little. LOL

 

I hope they'll expand senbatsu to 18 places. Nothing more than 20 hopefully.

And a Takamina/1st gen centered song would be great!

 

No Sakura? Impossible.. now that she has been a center, she will be in all the singles undoubtedly

 

I think since the the inclusion of Ikoma, then the creation of the Team 8, these kind of numbers have become mendatory.
16 spots is way too small.
If we count (in an unrealistic way) at least 1 member from each team, it's allready 14 spots, even 15 if the staff decides to include a baito member.

 

Hopes: an AKB only senbatsu including Naachan and Tanochan, and Moekyun somewhere prominent in a B side. Senbatsu no more than 20nin. Good B sides (team songs?). I'm not sure any of those are likely, but hey xD

I think my ideal would be along these lines:
A: Takamina, Kojiharu, Paruru, Ricchan
K: Yuihan, Kitarie, Tanochan, Kojimako
B: Mayuyu, Yukirin, Sayaya, Ryoka
4: Miichan, Yuria, Naachan, Renacchi

I spose then you can throw in Jurina, Sayanee, Haruppi, Sakura. And Ikoma. And now that's too many :S
