AKB48 is performing in Paris at Japan Expo this July! This is the perfect oppertunity for the European S48 members to meet up and watch AKB.

The point of this thread is to organize and discuss meeting, primarily. We can also give advice on places to stay and forms of transport for those making their way to Paris. The thread in the news and release forum is for the AKB48 and Japan Expo side of things, like getting tickets.

Right so lets start off with just seeing how many people plan to go. Just tell me where you fit and where you're from:

    100% sure I'll be there
    deneth (?)
    takamina (France)
There's a very good chance I'll be there
    Kyobu (England)
    kaito (Ireland)
    clarizza (Norway)
    Pan-Chan (BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURMINGHAM)
    Wordsmith (Germany)
    Blu-Cheri (England)
    BarrieV (Netherlands)
    Nakane (France)

Maybe, I'll see how things go
    Joseka (Spain)
    Monkey-to (Ireland)

ALSO, we have to change this thread name like, every other day. I mean how amazing does Itoshisa no defense sound in French? French members need to spam me with song titles in French please.

Place me under the "There's a very good chance I'll be there"

Checked airplane tickets and hotels. Just need to have a chat with my boss on Monday. =)
    Shouldn't be a problem though.

^ Right now, going on the Eurostar would be 2 and a half hours at £60 return.

Thanks for the titles albus! Going to change it like once a week, then everyday when it gets close to July, haha!

I'm 90% certain I'll be there! I don't have college and no work in that period.

I'm from the Netherlands and I'll be going by train. High Speed train (Thalys) will take 3 hours, but is quite expensive. So I'm currently looking for a cheaper way to get to Paris.

    YESSSSSSSSSS YEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS ... ... ... *calming down* ... ... ...

Hmmmm there are SO CHEAP flights to european capitals... you could look for good deals, despite some of them are tricky ¬¬

I think I'm going crazy, it's an incredible oportunity for european fans/followers xDDD For me, things will depend on work :_(

I'd rather say "Maybe, I'll see how (money/work) go" >__<
