@atsukoD What you see is adjusted for YOUR local time. Meaning you live on in the western US or Canada. So you see it as 6am for the 17th Pacific Standard Time.

This last set of showroom streams seemed to be during a 30 minute break so everybody was streaming next to each other. haha.
Even if there's no pre-announced award for the top showroom point earner, there's still be the personal satisfaction of winning, the increased fanbase and management attention. Before showroom, how many people were paying attention to Takita Kayoko and Nakai Rika? Nomura Nao and Takahashi Kira may have gotten some attention from being draft members but Nara Miharu? All of these girls could end up in a management chosen senbatsu before the next SSK.

 

omFGGGGGG I'm gonna have to wake up at 4am for that concert!!

Can't believe how quickly the event creeped itsway!

I quote all the positive comment about this shoroom event, like others overseas fan I loved interact with members. Just one thing I did not liked about, younger members at 5 a.m. should sleep and not working. Ok it s not like they dance or work in standard way but still..

Anyway, I'm totally hyped for tomorrow!!

I'm so excited! Showroom has definitely brought more hype to SSK this year. I reaaally hope they reward the Showroom Senbatsu somehow...

 

I really hope they do showroom for next year too, it was fun watching the idols livestream

 

I really don't see the point of having guests. Is it just to promote them?

Japan's entertainment industry seems to revolve around meaningless guest appearances by people who have little to nothing to do with the subject matter I would guess that everyone just cross-promotes everyone else and that's how the machine keeps its gears running. Japan is so ridiculously heavy on talents, comedians and music acts that it's probably best if they're all up in each others' business or else many would be strangled out of the business thanks to lack of outlets they have to promote themselves (TV/radio shows etc).

I hope we get some surprises,like what will them do with the whole NNK thing.

 

SNH have BigBang as the guest, AKB invited Nogizaka. SNH election single will be arranged by Grammy's winner, AKB election single will be arranged by Inoue Yoshimasa? Or even David Guetta? Skrillex? Who?
