I'd recommend not using the proxy Neokyo for this. They have a special limista section, yet have just cancelled my order as they have a limited number they are allowed to sell (even though I made the order almost straight away). I've managed to enter the lottery directly on limista directly. Now I just have to hope I win and my cards work...

 

My UK Visa debit card works on there! I luckily won Hiichan's signature for Ne mo Ha mo Rumor and Moto Kare desu, and Zukky's for Hisashiburi no Lip Gloss.

 

The single is not for pre-order on Amazon japan, do you think it will be a bit later?

If I understand correctly, the single sells better in HS than the 60th single?

 

I find that Amazon JP's search function isn't very user-friendly - you have to be very specific, ideally using Japanese alphabets. If you put 'AKB48 61st シングル' into the search then you'll find it there.

 

Until now, I don't think so. This time, only 3 members have all solt sold out (Yuiyui, Yukirin and Yuiri) and most of the girl seemed to sell slower than last time according to the number we can see. People said that an on-site slot needs more tickets to sold out than on-line but no one sure until the HS took place. And don't forget, we lost Naachan who can easily sold out 72 online slots (I believe 54 slots this time wouldn't have been difficult for her).

 

18th Generation will be part of the Kenkyuusei song "Ano Natsu no Bohatei" (confirmed in 18ki debut stage today)

Btw seriously we still don't have a consensus on a shorter name for "Doushitemo Kimi ga Suki Da"?

 

Single sales? What is the profit margin of single sale? I don't think it's big. What about endorsement deals? What is profit difference between daily theater and big scale concert? Besides, how much is the fixed cost? They are dozens financial factors beyond "single sale".
In case of Sakurazaka, there is also age factor. Sakurazaka is a relatively new group so, the label invested more to push it. AKB48 is an old group and its room for marketing growth is skeptical. Its marketing position is "cow". Unless DH rebrand the group and turn it into "question mark", to stay safe, focusing on how to squeeze from this cow, and not make big investment on promotional content may be best business decision.

I've decided to call a round after payment period "round 0" from now on rather than "(previous sale) (final round)". It's been pointed out to me in the past that it's not 100% reflective since we don't truly know the outcome of the final round. I made this decision now because new members have been added (18ki) and it makes even less sense now to call it "4th Sale 4th Round".
