So how does one go about getting tickets to one of these shows? I'd like to try for one of the T8 ones.

Here you go. If entering your own address don't work, enter the address you will stay in Japan. Or ask if anyone here apply and win for 2 tickets but still not have anyone to go with.
I would suggest patience as you need to switch between full-wide characters and half-width character between the fields of the registration. Having a Japaenese keyboard might help, or find a website to convert it. The standard setting is half-width characters.

So this coming year looks like a pure AKB48 event at TDC Hall. NGT48 is not scheduled to hold their 3rd Anniversary concert at TDC Hall. Might be combined with the event in Niigata - 150 years anniversary X NGT48.

 

^ many already anticipate it to be NGT request hour again I guess.

 

I voted for 4 songs, 1 vote each. If it becomes a concert again, great work by fans. But I think it is highly unlikely. Too many songs to vote for and our finances are finite.

 

Has the voting period ended? I can't get the website to load on any of my devices.

 

First post lists the voting period as ending on December 11th. It'd be a little ridiculous to have voting still open, the girls need time to practice lol

am i right to say that the girls just practice a list of songs that rank, but don’t know the rank?

 

That's the impression I got from watching the 'behind the scenes' bonus video on the DVD from last year's RH. It showed Team 8, NGT48 Senbatsu and NGT48 KKS each lined up separately backstage before the third song was announced, and the cameras caught the members' reactions as each of the songs was called.

I wish they would do this but only for songs released that year. So only songs released in 2018 would qualify. I'm tired of seeing the same songs ranking every year because they represent a particular member.
