The one year spot in senbatsu sounds good... unless someone who is already a senbatsu staple wins it. Then it's kind of pointless. I think that's a problem with a lot of these prizes, if a senbatsu staple wins they will either be too busy to do it or it's something they already have. I don't think the unit single is a bad idea, but maybe they should promote it more?

 

I think a bundle of a debut single, a photobook, a CM would be pretty good.

Not even AKB does many concerts anymore and they’re gonna give it to some randoms? lol

I think the single should be pushed more.
Putting the CD in shops doesn’t so much for them if they don’t promote it.
Just let them tag along with AKB in all those December specials.

A photobook would also be nice because many girls want one and never get it.

A CM would be cool, but it seems that AKB has lost dibs on many of their deals.
I guess the AKBINGO thing is the best thing they can offer on TV.

 

I always think AKBINGO is a bigger deal. A unranked AKBINGO regular is much more popular and recognizable than many sister group senbatsu members.

Who do you think are more popular among these members?
- Nakanishi Chiyori (unranked, no senbatsu)
- Sato Kiara (unranked, no senbatsu)
- Sugawara Maya (#29, 3 SKE senbatsus, member of Love Crescendo - SKE subunit)
- Nishigata Marina (#24, 3 NGT senbatsus, 1 NGT B-side center, top NGT HS seller)

 

Sugawara and Nishigata are more popular than Nakanishi, who's more recognizable. Sato is neither.

The only Janken single that I didn't like was surprisingly the only one that sold well. Migiashi was lowkey 48G SOTY during that year, Sakazasaka has a non cringy relatable lyrics (and it's a fun concept to have freaking Tanamin as center flanked by pushed members), Fairy W!nk had that FuuSae song which has become my new bathroom bop (KissTenpu is cute too).

I was gonna suggest staple AKB senbatsu spot throughout the year but it would be a waste if the already staple member wins lol

So we will not have another Amina Sato, Sayaka Akimoto, and Mayumi Uchida.

 

They could easily do hall tours again, and they should.

 

There's a difference between ONE concert in a series like the RH and multiple individual concerts around the country and overseas, girl.

 

Why Sayaka ?
