I think the most obvious one is Maeda Atsuko and Kamei Eri. When I first saw Acchan, I swear it took me at least a few weeks to get over the fact they looked like they could be sisters. Twin sisters in some photos. But since both have grown their hair out, and gotten a bit older, the resemblance is fading a little.

If Miichan was born an untalented, male, British singer? Might not be the best picture. After Uchi brought it up once, I had to agree that Hana looks like a female Kamenashi Kazuya. All I know is that he's from a boyband, but I'm not 100% sure if that was typo, since he's surely female.
