I hope everything goes well for Eito this time, can't have coro-chan (yuiyui's nickname for you-know-what ) wreak havoc again.
Any guesses on what will be announced there? Maybe new TV show since Rokeroke stopped around March? Bacchikoi can only do so much with non-Kanto members.
An overreaching guess will be Sanrio Team 8 and then another audition to fill the blank prefectures.

oh wait?? Hikarun will be back to activity on Eito no Hi!
and will be appearing in both WEST and EAST concert. (with Sayarin on WEST concert)

Giving their TV show to the 17th Generation without even a proper last episode is another episode of DH spitting on the face of the eitos. But that's OK, I wasn't really expecting better.

With Eito no Hi coming soon tomorrow, can we appreciate Team 8 as a generation that actually produces almost half of the 16-nin upcoming senbatsu? 7 people to be exact.
I guess the investment/gamble 8 years ago kinda pays off since some of their members are now being AKB staples.
I know that's bound to happen if you recruit 47 girls in one generation, but 7 out of 47 is still a good ratio, only beaten by 13th gen's Okada Nana's 1 out of 6.

I love the outdoor stage! Looks very fun!

I wish too they would audition to fill the empty spots, but I'm not that sure Sanrio is strong enough as a sponsor for it to happen. Either they need a very big sponsor or a lot more than they currently have.
Also, one of the 1st idea behind eito creation was to work with local medias, but are there still enough willing to ? Just look, we have members who can now fly on their own and don't need that kind of support anymore, while other looks like they are in a lost lifeboat (Yamagata ....)
And finally it wouldn't hurt if the least exposed girls could have more opportunities (Mashiro can surely do better things than SHOWROOM with a bit of work).

@lionel90 , Team 8 is dead. DH let it die. They gave their TV show to 17ki, they have no intentions of doing auditions, even Team 8's performance at TIF was relegated to SMILE GARDEN and their favoUrite eitos were included in AKB's.

Sadly somehow staffs on-site didn't allow anything else than smartphone cameras, although the website said normal cameras with less than 25 cm lens are fine.
That means we might not see good quality recordings.
