FYI, 48G held Sport Festival before, twice! Although those are less entertaining than ISAC who is more bored since BTOB didn't participate RIP, at least the girls were happy (although team A went cleaned the whole area lol)

Idk, her shaky voice from Diva Champ (it was years ago, I know), low-key still haunts me. That vocal training from PD48 does ease my worries tho. Hope she can pull through.

 

More than popular, I'd say they are staying relevant (as in, news-lets talk about them) simply because they are a force to be reckoned with sales-wise.

Even Yui has talked about AKB having a lot less activities and less and less people coming to them.
Why do you think we're barely getting any concerts?

They might be selling millions, but money is probably tight and management isn't spending it in organising concerts (for example) that they know they're not gonna fill out.

I hope I can add my Rittan here. Her Mushi no ballad performance got a lots of praises. She has many hidden talents, but there were very few chances to showcase them. Hence, it is quite hard to assess her potential

 

I'm expecting natsu to finally get her momentum. Both, amiru and natsu are among my favorites from nmb.
Miru is better than Nagisa, still far from being perfect but she has improved a lot since debut.

Yamarina is not bad at it either! even yuzuha as a baby singer

 

My babies Nattu & Reinya need to shine here, and it’ll be fun to see those who last long enough in PD48 giving this a shot.

 

This might sound cheesy, but I think a nice prize would be granting the winner 1 wish. With preemptive rules of course (can't ask for money, or to be center for more than one single, etc.).

 

There've been at least 4 now, two AKB48 ones (you linked the second, here's the first) and two AKB48G ones (here's the second one). NMB has done their own as well.

It's better if she doesn't, so she doesn't lose her only claim to fame.

Even so, I don't think they would need this large event just to get into a role. Some girls get into roles even if it isn't publicized although I imagine how hard they have to go through auditions and training etc.

 

What if this competition is actually an audition for glee reboot and the winner will get a role in it
