Some bits from her 2nd anniversary match

if the video does not show watch the video here

Some precisions: Itoh Maki accepted to Team up for this match, only because her usual partner, Yamashita Miyu is busy with some shcedule in the USA.
But the 2nd anniversary match ended in a defeat

There's a rather concerning message posted this evening on the SKE48 official website saying that Yuki injured herself today in rehearsals for tonight's Theater show which will consequently have a delayed start and only 15 members will take part:
    https://ske48.co.jp/news/detail/45609

Hopefully it's not a serious injury.

EDIT: Update from the official website:
    https://ske48.co.jp/news/detail/45615

It looks like it's rather a bad leg injury and she'll be unable to take part in TJPW LIVE TOUR IN SPRING '23 in Tokyo on 5/20 as well as her Theater seitansai on 5/29. :( Her injury will be monitored and further activities will depend on consultation with her doctor.

DDT's Saki Akai announces her retirement from professional wrestling! "I want to end with my beauty" Last match in November at Ryogoku Kokugikan, the place where she made her debut

For nearly 12 years, wrestler, model, and idol Saki Akai has been a staple of Japanese promotion DDT. Along the way, she's won the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Championship an astounding 23 times, while also fitting in a KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Championship reign and a run in DDT's sister promotion, Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling. But all good things must come to an end eventually, and with Akai now entering her 10th year with DDT, she's decided now is the time to walk away.

She was also a four-time Princess Tag Team champion, most recently winning the championships with SKE48’s Yuki Arai at Summer Sun Princess last year whilst being one of the rotating roster members that also competed frequently for DDT – like VENY.

The return of the vengeance of the death that kills life!!

Yuki will face again Aja Kong in a 2 vs 2 match on 2023-10-09
Teaming up with Watanabe Miu, they are challenging Aja Kong and Miyamoto Moka.

This time, Yuki is paired with a strong and not that long ago champion belt holder. On the other side, Aja's partner is more than manageable for Yuki, just Aja alone can wipe the ring.

    Princess cup 1st round result:
Welcome in quater final, and Yuki's oponent is going to be Endo Arisu on 07/29. I'd say a doable challenge, just you never know how things can turn out in wrestling.
If she passes, this round her next challenge is going to be decided through another lottery.

There are quite some big names remaining.

On a side note, It's sad Suzume lost her 1st round, she left a very good impression since last year, just, well .... she was against Shoko, despite almost winning.

    Welcome in semi finals
    https://www.tokyo-sports.co.jp/articles/-/271223

Her opponent is going to be choosed through a lotery today.
It's going to be either of Tatsumi Rika (current champion), Yamashita Miyu or Kamifuku Yuki.
IT will be an huge achievement if Yuki manages to reach the final. All these possible challengers are very experienced.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    And destiny choosed :
    Yamashita Miyu.
