So - got my limited Shoot Sign editions in the mail and now I'm in possession of some event tickets. Just to confirm I've understood automatic translations correctly:

    1) Go to handshake location (In this case Hiroshima Sun Plaza)
    2) Exchange ticket at a counter and choose a member/lane
    3) Go shake hands and be happy for a few fleeting seconds
    4) Repeat steps 2-3 until out of tickets

Anything else I need/should be prepared for?

I will augment your list here slightly...

    1) Go to handshake location (In this case Hiroshima Sun Plaza)
    2) Exchange ONE ticket at entry for an event ticket, on the ticket will be a "section" where you can watch the mini-live from.
    3) When handshake lanes open, exchange your EVENT TICKET for the lane of your choice
    4) Go shake hands and be happy for a few fleeting seconds
    5) wait for the announcement that you can use the rest of your handshake tickets (initially the lanes are only open for event ticket holders)
    6) Repeat steps 2-3 with the rest of your handshake tickets until you run out

(BTW, I recently did a writeup of the HKT National Event in the HKT Experiences section, which alludes to the process)

Is there any way I can pay for HS tickets through convenient stores ? I am living in Japan and 48G concert tickets can be paid that way but I am not sure about HS.

Yep! Handshake tickets can be paid the same way as the concert tickets. After the last round of lotteries for handshakes on the chara-ani site, you'll get an email from them asking you to select your payment option on the site: credit card, COD, or convenient store payment.

Resale lotteries only do COD payment however.

So Mu-mo has some sort of automatic trigger for tenso addresses that redirect to overseas shop. How to circumvent and try to get SKE tickets?

I just tried to take part on handshake lottery using tenso address. Got directed to overseas shop. Of course it might have been my western name or live.com email address too?

That exactly. I was able to choose everything and once I pressed final confirmation I got the error message.

Ah, I see. I can't really try that because I don't want to end up winning... Maybe they changed it for this single, as I mentioned I didn't have any troubles with the Album-Events :(

Edit: tried with non-tenso address, worked like a charm.

I changed my address to the overseas one, unfortunately afterwards I couldn't see any opening applications available on the main page. I assume foreign fans are not eligible to apply for other categories at the moment.
Hopefully, they will fix this soon because it will be totally unfair if the foreign fans could only apply for the overseas application which is not available every time.

Hi, I applied for a number of HS tickets for SKE's next single, but I wanted to cancel one of them. How do I do that ? The application period for that round has ended and lottery results are out already.

Also asking for future references, how do I cancel a ticket when application for that round hasn't ended yet ?

For mumo.net, If you look at your confirmation email, there is a link to look at the status of your application. Once there it will give you a list of your past applications. If you click on the current application, the summary page has a button you can press to cancel that application. However, it can only be done before the results, there is no cancel button on applications you have already won. Also, it cannot be used as an edit function. Technically, your option would be to cancel the entire application and do it over again.

That's the one way I know you can do it.

    ^ thanks a lot

Also, I notice that mu-mo doesn't say anything about resale rounds. Are they gonna announce it later, if they are gonna do it at all ? I'd see AKB do resale and re-resale rounds but SKE is quite tacky with their way of doing things ...
