Blueberry Soda [New group produced by Aki-P]

Blueberry Soda (ブルーベリーソーダ) is a new group produced by Akimoto Yasushi.
They were introduced on 27th November 2022. They are a group of girls who aim to be actresses.
They will have their debut with the song "Tenshi ga Toru" on 11th December 2022.

Aki-P and his new projects is like my rpg save game library. "Well, this playthrough has gotten out of hand, time to roll a new character" this time I'll try an actress build

 

So many idols say becoming an actress is their future goal, it doesn't set this group apart in any way so far.
The girls and the song preview give me a Showa feel though, and I love Showa era idols.
Bye Last Idol, bye Coin Lockers (I forgot their actual name), Hello Blueberry Soda! Not fond of the name. But wow they are cute.

 

You know this group will fail when bunch of below average looking girls say they want to be actresses.. Only the first girl (who is obviously the center) has some potential, rest of them look like 48G leftovers.

I've discovered that she's currently starring in a TBS school drama series called 'Sashidashinin wa, Daredesuka?' and a 'behind' video of the latest episode has just been released:

Kouzawa Sara is cute She has a nice smile! we can see a bit of her acting in the video and I think she's pretty good, she has potential. and she's only 16 years old so it's good to start her acting career now. I'm surprised she already has a role in a drama, and it says that she is lead role there! o_o and it's 40 episodes and currently airing :O That's quite a big project lol. and good news, the drama is being subbed: you can find the subs here. So far 24 episodes have been subbed. if it gets subbed in complete, I might watch it!

After your post, I began watching the drama. The episodes are very short (around 12 minutes), so I watched the first seven episodes. The drama is very good and Kouzawa Sara's play is quite good too. I recommend.

She's pretty. She's also among the main actors of the drama "Sashidashinin wa Dare desu ka? (Who is the Sender?)" (the link for the subs was posted on the topic by Mana).
I finished to watch the first 24 episodes (the only ones which are subbed in english so far) and my first impression is confirmed : it's quite good and the 2 actress who are ine Blueberry Soda play very well.


EDIT : I just noticed that all the girls playing as main characters of the drama are idols of Blueberry Soda !

 

The drama is the reward for the finalist of "The Day I Became an Actress" season 2 with the winner Kozawa Sara as the main girl.
