I agree, the part where Kaoru throws the syringes and they all fall on the right places and it injects by itself, it wasn't realistic haha and I was thinking "what if one of the synriges fall on Sawada?" XD and I also found it awkward when Kaoru injects the syringes on both sides of Maki's head XD it's like she was aiming for her ears LOL. I think if it was on the heart or even the shoulders, it would have been better.

Even though Maki's character had to die but yes I found her story with her dad really sad, and the scenes between them were great and it was the scenes where Sakura acted the best, the dad is a good actor so it probably helped to bring the best out of Sakura's acting too!

Anyway, I really enjoy this drama, even though I usually don't like horror stories (I don't dislike it either, it's just not my favorite type of stories). Sakura and Mayuyu both did a great job with their roles It was really nice to follow this drama and I'm satisfied about it overall. ^-^

 

Now that the lyrics for Black Flower are finally out...

I have now realised that I've translated the part in episode 6 wrong, as it should be 'crying' instead of 'blooming' (my Japanese friend said that he heard 'saiteiru' instead of 'naiteiru', so it was even easily misunderstood by Japanese themselves considering they're all singing in choir )

Finally finished the series. I'd rate it 7/10.
There are problems here and there, also the pacing was a little weird, it was fast then slowed down and it was too fast for the last episode, they could've just made the entire series fast paced considering it's just a 6 episode series.
Enjoyed this series overall.

This drama just appeared on a television on-demand service in my country (with the option to watch it with English dub or English sub) so I finally got motivated to watch it and for a horror drama, it's really good. There's a lot of suspense that had me on the edge of my seat, and the gore didn't look cheap and actually scared me at times. I was also impressed by Sakura's acting in this (and everyone's acting apart from the supporting Yuria-Rena-Mion trio); she definitely needs to follow Paruru's idol-footsteps and take on more horror-like projects.

I'm really excited for this(Already saw it in Japanese) but I'm unsure about hearing it in English since it'll sound awkward(as dubbing always is). I'm glad it'll be available on demand in english and japanese afterwards though!

 

The dub sounds like you're watching an American teen drama. I'm sure it's fine if you don't know what Mayu, Sakura etc. sound like, but it's weird hearing Mayu being dubbed by someone who doesn't have a high-pitched voice lol.

 

I'm excited to see this drama dubbed even more now to see the difference(I remember watching it when it was first airing) although I checked the channel and sadly I'm not subscribed to it. I'll wait for the on demand

 

Just set this to record on my DVR. It's crazy that this is happening. Any Japanese drama getting translated and broadcast on a US station is nearly unheard of. That a drama starring AKB members is airing on US TV is nuts. I'll put up with a bad dub just for the experience.
