Well, while we're waiting for any news at all, let's talk to pass the time in anticipation. How many of you wrote to your oshis with tips for winning jan-ken-pon? Or was that just me because I was too fearful of Mayuyu losing out again?

And to answer the question. No. But if Tomochin does as bad as she did last year then she'll definitely get a letter or tweet from me. Hope she has someone who knows a little English around her since I don't know a lick of Japanese.

Apparently the winner of the tournament will get to be more than the center of the new single, they get to be center of a new Puccho CM too. Sounds like a good benefit

If I recall correctly, I think I read somewhere that Acchan does know a bit of English, beyond what is normally required of students in high school in Japan. Since Acchan hangs out with Tomochin quite a bit, I'm sure she could help out

I'm just lucky to have a Japanese friend who can translate the meaning and tone of my words well, otherwise I would've been at a total loss at how to convey messages to Mayuyu.

I thought the rena speech was random too but i realized that they performed 1 2 3 4 yoroshiku afterwards so it sort it made more sense that she gave a speech then instead of at some random time haha. unless 1 2 3 daaaa means something else...
