    Yukirin and Paruru were on a tv show (Hyena of Love 2 - 愛のハイエナ2) and talked about their different experiences.

    Former AKB48 member Shimazaki Haruka spoke about her fans from her idol days. She made the bombshell statement that "there are no good-looking guys among idol fans," which left Kashiwagi Yuki shaken.

    Kashiwagi revealed how she dealt with fans at the time, saying, "I would use casual language and polite language. I would also change what I said." She went on to say that she wrote down what she talked about with fans in a notebook, and that she "remembered the names and faces of more than 500 fans," surprising the studio members.

    On the other hand, when Shimazaki confessed without changing her expression, "I don't remember at all,

    "There are no good-looking guys who like idols." Kashiwagi reacted as if to build a wall between herself and Shimazaki, and showed an upset attitude, saying, "Seriously, please don't let us be on screen together!"

    Clip from June 14 LOVEIT featuring Tomochin and Yukirin
    In this clip they talk a little about the Love Ban Rule with the MCs, Owarai group EXIT's Rintaro and Kanechi.
    It's pretty funny so I decided to translate it a bit. The rest of the episode is mostly focused on the food and some skits.

    Note that this is a variety setting, so take whatever they say not too seriously, just for fun.



    Context : Tomochin is married and has a child already
    • EXIT's Rintaro : So Yukirin are you getting married soon?
    • Yukirin : I just graduated AKB so not yet...
    • Rintaro : oh right, AKB has the Love Ban Rule huh.
    • Yukirin : It's not banned but.... anyway now I can go all out on that!
    • Rintaro : You said it like you did it secretly LOL :D
    • Yukirin : whoops no no that's not what I meant hahaha :^^;:

    Tomochin tried to defuse
    • Tomochin : It was okay to have love, but hmmm how do I say it.... don't do it seriously...
    • EXIT's Kanechi : So it's okay to do it for fun? LOL :D
    • Tomochin : whoops no no that's not what I meant hahaha :^^;:

    More on Love Ban Rule
    • Yukirin: Long time ago, in the early times, AKB has Love Ban Rule written on the contracts.

    • Tomochin: 1st gen didn't have it in the beginning due to just starting a new project, but then some tabloids got published and hurt the fans, so maybe that's why that clause was added later.
    • Kanechi : So the early gen girls were too wild and the rule got introduced to hold them back? :p
    • Tomochin : haha perhaps....

    • Rintaro : Any other (strange) rule?
    • Yukirin : After work, after you arrive at home, you must inform the manager from the home telephone.
    • Tomochin : ??? I didn't know that....
    • Yukirin : What?? This must be a rule that happened because the senpais had went wild...[hehe]

    • Tomochin : Well, I might remember something related to that...
    • Tomochin : I joined AKB48 when I was in 2nd year of Junior High, at the time I used to play with my local friends. AKB's practice used to finish late, so the only time to play was only at night time. My place was close to the beach so I went there to play with friends, and then I suddenly got a call from my office's director.

      • Little Tomochin : oh, at my local Saizeriya (common chain restaurant)
      • Director : Let me talk with the restaurant staff then.
      • Little Tomochin : Whoops, umm there's no staff around....
    • As expected this juvenile lie was soon found out, she got scolded, and the rule to call from home for Yukirin's generation was decided. [hehe]
