Sailor URANUS has to be Sayaka, they are older, hence she could easily play her. Plus then we could pair her up with Yuko, who MUST be Neptune.

I can't count how many times this conversation has popped up.... But if I were to cast the girls (senbatsu only), I think right now I would say:

Sailor Moon: Oshima Yuko
Sailor Mercury: Maeda Atsuko
Sailor Mars: Takahashi Minami
Sailor Jupiter: Itano Tomomi
Sailor Venus: Kashiwagi Yuki
Sailor Chibi-Moon: Watanabe Mayu
Sailor Saturn: Minegishi Minami
Sailor Neptune: Kasai Tomomi
Sailor Uranus: Shinoda Mariko
Sailor Pluto: Kojima Haruna

I would say sayaka akimoto is too feminine for uranus but kondo sayaka is too(I just thought she'd look part more) I suppose shinoda can play serious non-feminine character but I think people are only choosing her for her hair
I also really can't see yuko playing serene Neptune xD I mean I know she's a good actress but she'd suit a more lively part really.

^What about non-senbatsu too? I'm guessing you'd pick nakayan too for mercury.

I'd say something like this:

Sailor Moon: Miyazaki Miho
Sailor Mercury: Nakaya Sayaka
Sailor Mars: Katayama Haruka
Sailor Jupiter: Kikuchi Ayaka
Sailor Venus: Sato Amina
Sailor Chibi-Moon: Oota Aika
Sailor Saturn: Iwasa Misaki
Sailor Neptune: Nonaka Misato
Sailor Uranus: Tanabe Miku
Sailor Pluto: Yonezawa Rumi
Tuxedo Kamen: Akimoto Sayaka

It's harder to do this sort of thing with most non-senbatsu girls because they don't have the same sort of personality traits as senbatsu. Most of the popular girls have one or two things about them that are really promoted, so they have seemingly one-dimensional personalities, similar to Sailor Moon characters. Non-senbatsu girls don't really have the opportunity/need to develop their shtick, so they come off less interesting, albeit more well-rounded and able to move more fluidly between personality types.

ok people imagine this if you will, pick your all time number 1 fave, clone them and have 48 of the same person. Imagine 48 Acchans, Yukos Mayuyu Sayaka Sae Tomochin Yuki Takamina. yes? no?

Acording to Sae's blog they have already shot the 23rd singles PV!

Also according to AKB48 Journal the senbatsu is pretty much confirmed:

Team A:Acchan, Mariko, Haruna, Takamina, Sasshi, Akicha,
Team K: Yuko, Tomochin, Sae, Miichan, Yui
Team B: Yukirin, Mayuyu, Kitarie, Tomo~mi
Team S: Rena, (Jurina comfirmed by her blog)
Team N: NMB Sayaka.

Happy about the line up? Surprized that they have went back down to the normal 16 plus Yui and Sayamina? Bored and want a different line up? (yes please!)

Yeah... It's not very interesting. I'm just interested in what they'll do with the other girls. Like if they do Theater Girls again or something.

It's so expected since now SKE is more popular there's no need for Jurina to stay in AKB senbatsu so they are gonna throw her aside and replace her with NMB's sayaka and i bet she is gonna get the same treatment as Jurina when she just joined AKB senbatsu. This will just continue on and on with HKT and someother groups in the future. [sealed]
