    Looking at Sayaka, Micchan, Kasai and few others.... I don't think general election rank has anything to do with management decision... unless you are the kami 7, doesn't matter what your rank is if the management want to push you then you'll get more air time... :^^;:

    ^ Hmm .. yeah .. Sayaka sure doesn't get a lot of screen time for the rank she got (I think Miichan gets quite a lot of screen time though). So I guess you're right that the election rank doesn't really determine how much screen time a girl gets.

    Mmm, I was thinking...'Ue kara Mariko' has got one song for each team (A, K, B and 4), 'Koko ni Ita koto' had team songs, too... AKB48 used to release a new stage almost every year, but the current stages are quite 'old'...
    Team A 6th Stage "Mokugekisha" [2010.07.27-]
    Team K 6th Stage "RESET" [2010.03.12-]
    Team B 5th Stage "Theater no Megami" [2010.05.21-]
    ...do you think that the 'stage' concept ends here and that from now on there will be only team songs in the singles? [think]

    Nope he just released KII's stage and even though it was delayed from Fall 2010 to Fall 2011, it was known that AkiP was still writing songs a couple of months ago. Miichan even did a radio gig and AkiP replied "im writing KII's stage right now"



    So yeah.. stages are still there just that its been put in the back burner

    Looks like Milky is back in the front line .. perhaps her suspension is over. =3

    EDIT: Oh yeah .. after watching Moshidora .. I sure have started to like Everyday, Katyusha a lot more. =D

    I hope it's okay to post this here.

    I'll be doing a presentation about "How AKB48 Change My Life" this Monday (Nov 28th) for a circle I'm participating here in Japan. The presentation will be in English and my friend is planning to make a live broadcast for it so others can see. I'll give more details later, but the presentation should begin around 1630JST.

    After comparison the videos, Team A's version does sound like some Team B's members voices like Mayu, Yuki, etc... towards the middle and end.

    Wonder if it actually happened in the performance (i.e. lip-synched) or in the recording before release [think] ?

    Hope this doesn't rekindle that old debate of lip-synching again :fp:

    For better or for worse, it will. Somewhere out there in the world.

    Much like how there will be debates somewhere out there comparing J-Pop and K-Pop. Or H!P vs. AKB.

    Just gotta deal. One way or another.
