I'm indonesian..and proud that Aki-P choose indo for their overseas sister groups.

though I'm not that optimistic about this group. I have my own reasons..

the AKB concept might work, knowing that indonesians always follow current trends, which is asian type boy/girl band atm.. it's quite a HOT topic here.. If somehow JKT48 have their own theater here.. maybe it'll might work too.. I know our people are quite consumptive (if it's the current trend)

but can they sell singles/albums? I don't think so.. piracy is quite an unsolved problem here..
idk if senbatsu election could "force" our people to buy original CD.. that'll be magical [clap]

So JKT48 school will be starting today. Poor me, I have to watched through Indonesian channel Live streaming website, and my broadband internet is ridiculously slow! *watch with patient*

Anyway, does anyone here got invited to the event meet and greet? have a nice one for that.

 

the show was quite good for their pilot episode to be honest
i was laughing to some of the members reaction during the sensitivity segment (Jeje especially )

the only drawback is the portion of commercials is too damn long :angry: and there's some part of the show where they were doing a promotion of their sponsor's product (well.. this kind of thing is common in Indonesia and it's hard to be not included)

I wish this show have more duration like 45 minutes or maybe even an hour so the more important segment can get some attention

True that. It was like a quarter of the show was commercials, not to mention the show's time duration which was quiet short. I think they could have done better, but for the overall, the show is not bad either.
I'm so waiting for next week episode. wish for somthing even more Interesting.

for the jkt48 school tv show, that was too many commercial break but that was funny when member of JKT48 touches an object, and that object is a frog, some member was scared (specially gaby) but overall, the show was good, cause there is an education after game

 

JKT48 to star in their first Japanese CM!
