Hello! Not sure where this should be posted but is there a need for Nogizaka translators? Not subbing videos but translating magazine articles, interviews, etc. I used to do this for other idol groups that aren't around anymore and thought I would start again. Thanks in advance for any advice!

EDIT: Would it work if I started a new thread, accepted requests through messaging/conversations, and then posted the translations in the thread? Not familiar with the rules of this forum so...

 

More translators are welcome!
I just do occasional translations when I have time/interest, so I usually post them directly to the General thread or relevant Member’s thread. Most people/groups who do regular translations host them on their own website and post links in the forum. (See posts by @too much idea for example)
I don’t know if the mods have any opinion about starting a separate thread. If you’re planning to do a lot of translations, you should definitely organize them for yourself somewhere though, since the forum’s history functions haven’t been working properly.

 

The upcoming movies and dramas in 2020.

1. "I just dropped my smartphone" on 2/21 (Maiyan as heroine)

2. "Shinigami Dzukai no Jiken jo" in summer 2020 (Ayane as heroine)

3. "Grand blue" on May 29 (Yoda)

4. Drama "Sam no Koto" starts from March (Sakura, Seira, Mayu, Sayaka, Ayame, Saya, Mio)

5. Drama "Saru ni Au" starts from April (Kakki, Rei, Yuna, Yuri)

6. "Keep your hands off Eizouken!" drama from 4/5, movie on 5/15 (Asuka, Umechan, Mizuki)

Can't wait for Eizouken live action, both drama and movie. The anime is really good and it still ongoing at episode 7. I really like Kanamori character, which will be played by Umechan. She's so badass, savage, and sadistic.

i just catched with the anime recently and it was a love letter for animation. Kanamori character is great, a loose allusion for producer like toshio suzuki but a firm one.
I wonder how this live action series and movie will convey their imagination world because that is pretty 2D stuff or probably just give it a less highlight.
