To celebrate Nogizaka46's 8th birthday, Nikkan Sports will release a new special Nogizaka46 newspaper "Nogizaka46 Shimbun" this year again on 6 March 2020.

A 32-page tabloid reports on Nogizaka46's 8th YEAR BIRTHDAY LIVE concerts, as well as the interviews with the idol group's popular members.



Tokyo Girls Collection (TGC) 2020 Spring / Summer will be held on 29 February 2020 at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, without an audience for public health reasons as the coronavirus outbreak hit Japan, and the fashion show will be live-streamed on TGC's LINE LIVE.

 

What's the news about 2ki solo concert ?
Even perfume cancelled their 2nd day in Tokyo Dome as a precaution .

 

How about handshake events? Physical contact increases the chance of being infected.

I am angry. It was probably Kotoko's intention to graduate with 2nd gen concert as her finale... To have that robbed by her... (just my theory)

Nevertheless, to cancel such a historic event is unforgivable.

EDIT: I see... it's being cancelled because of the coronavirus outbreak. But really... what about Kotoko... and the 2nd gen girls...

 

I'd rather they cancel some concerts than put anybody's bloody lives at risk. Do I even need to explain to you what happens if just one un-diagnosed person in an incubation phase of this disease goes to a warm, enclosed space packed with several thousand other people?

Better safe than sorry. For the girls as well as the public.

 

There's talk that they may even cancel the Olympics, so 2ki live seems kind of minor in comparison.

 

This will be hard for these girls.
Oh man! They don't call the 2nd gen is the unfortunate gen for nothing. What a unlucky! But we have to accept.

 

Well, that's simply bad luck. It's just something that is affecting many people and something we have to deal with. I for one had to postpone my holiday and lost a shitload of money in the process.

But better safe than sorry. Not only our own safety, but also for the safety of those around us.
