Hell yeah, Mayu. Each member chose their own cosplay, though I think Endou only said "rabbit" in her explanation, so it's possible the staff added the Wonderland reference.

The new project they're doing is "making people's dreams come true." Anyone can send in a request application by this Friday and Nogi will try to fulfill it, like visiting your school, appearing at your wedding, dancing with you, etc.

 

Terepan would be included, but unfortunately, she’s not senbatsu. Yet…

If we were talking Ikeda a year ago, I'd say she'd be a lock for Kobeni.

 

No discussion about Nogizaka's official rival group?

 

I don't know if anyone saw this and posted it already. Japanese tourism agency announced inbound tours to support the full reopening of borders. One of it is for Nogizaka46 Asuka's grad and Summer Tour along with tour to Nogizaka related places(nogijinja and station maybe) .

I hope they can simply make it easier for international fans to attend concerts. I'll be in Tokyo later this month while the 2 Unders concerts are on. I couldn't apply in the 1st round as a Nogi FC membership was required and that's only possible to join with a JP mobile phone number. There was a 2nd FCFS round but the Rakuten ticketing site was inaccessible for me due to high demand so it looks like I'm unlucky. (Also the Rakuten site won't accept my non-JP credit cards so I'd have had to arrange a konbini payment through my forwarder.)

 

I updated my post, seems the target countries are just a few .
regarding Nogi FC, well yeah, its just unfortunate . Hinata and Sakura FC accepts all credit cards but tickets require SMS enabled mobile numbers(there is a way though so applying tickets for the other 2 groups is possible)

 

Not sure how accurate this annual income is so take it with a grain of salt. Was rather surprised with #1.

How do you plan to get through the ID check at concert venue if you won any tickets as international fan?

 

Allow me to dream for a moment...

When I first watched Nishio Ishin's masterpiece Monogatari series anime (Bakemonogatari, Nisemonogatari etc) I had no idea that I would embark not only on a unique journey into a mysterious, amazingly perplexing plot, but also a work if modern art regarding visual and stylistic execution. Monogatari is and remains my favourite anime of all times...!

Furthermore Monogatari boasts some of the finest music I've ever heard from Japan. Its OST has so many true musical jewels from all genres of music (J-pop, punk, hard rock, classical, jazz, funk, fusion) that can satisfy anyone with some extend of musical appreciation. And many of these songs were performed by some top seiyuu of that time (Chiwa Saito, Emiri Kato, Miyuki Sawashiro, Kana Hanazawa, Yui Horie, Eri Kitamura, Yuka Iguchi to name a few)

At that time I was not aware of Nogizaka46. Now I do... And I was listening recently to the entirety of the Monogatari OST:

And now that we have a bunch of brilliant young ladies as 5ki-sei, that I love so much, I immediately started "daydreaming" how each song would fit to each voice and character. So I compiled a setlist.

Some notes: This allocation is mine... It's NOT right or wrong. You may allocate any song to any girl as you see fit. I myself have made some very tough decisions and I have definitely done "unjustice" to some girls. However I had to destribut the songs ALSO fairly (and not only to how I considered them fit for each particular voice or character).

Also, Terepan... Yes, she is my oshi but trhis is NOT the reason I gave her 5 songs and a duet: Ikeda is fit for the VERY particular voice of Emiri Kato and her anime-character Hachikouji Mayoi.

I was considering none else that Aruno's amazing voice to perform the coarse , "tomboyish" voice of my favourite seiyuu Miyuki Sawashiro, while the particular voice of Kana Hanazawa (No.1 seiyuu for many years) for the specific role could only be allocated to our Sakura... I may have been unjustice to the amazing voices of Mao and Iroha. But I compensated for these by giving them some jewels: the French-lyrics "Etoille et Toi" for Mao and the SUPERSONG "Kimi no shiranai monogatari" one of my very favourites, to the "rock-girl" Iroha...

I didn't know whether to put this here or in the Stage Dump, but since it's Nogi adjacent, I just found out that Bananaman is in the Takeshi Castle revival and it's going to be streaming on Amazon Prime. From the article, Shitara and Himura are chief retainer and vassal of Takeshi's castle.

Has there been any news about the new 'official rival' group to Nogizaka? According to the website the final round was supposed to have takn place yesterday, and the finalists were also supposed to have had a SHOWROOM part of the audition after the third round
