I'm not sure about voting - remember that Kodoku na Runner ranked this year, and instead bringing back SDN, was performed by Yokoyama Team A. But, considering is the 10th Anniversary and taking in consideration that Megumi seems recovered from the baby, could be a high possibility to see them back in action (please!!!!!)
I started a SDN48 History page on wiki48. I did some research in the forum to put up some info together, but if there's something worng or if I missed something, please let me know (I finished this at 1:30 am and I'm very tired)

Sorry for digging an old grave, but i just gotta ask So, for some while now somehow i've beginning to like SDN although they've disbanded a long time ago. But there's something that kinda makes me wonder Why is their senbatsu 12-nin??? And why is their senbatsu 12nin but their theater shows are 16nin? (according to the videos i watched, if i didn't miscount there's about 14-16 members) Also, do you guys think there's a chance they'll "revive" the group?? Maybe kinda tweak with the concept and make it more "adult-y" as in more of a bunch of mature model-like figure girls who can actually sing, dance, and singing while dancing??? They'll still keep their "sexy" tho. I would LOVE to see that.
Well, their theater shows were 16-nin since that was the general tradition of theater shows at the time, and sort of still is. As for why their single senbatsu was 12-nin? I dunno. I don't think there was ever any sort of official philosophy behind it. And I don't remember, was EVERY single senbatsu 12-nin? Sorry I don't have a better answer, but. It is what it is.
I'll be honest, I've only listened to, like, three of their songs, but did some quick reading on the wiki, and their 4th single (Kudokinagara Azabu Juuban duet with Mino Monta) was the only one without a 12-nin senbatsu (it was 8-nin instead). Even their album Senbatsu was 12-nin.

Pop 'n' Roll has an article about a second single by a group of 5 former SDN48 members who call themselves 'Anniversary Unit R': https://popnroll.tv/articles/12558 The group consists of Akita Kazue, Okochi Misa, Kohara Haruka, Fukuda Akane and Fujikoso Yumi. Pop 'n' Roll says that the plan for their second single is that it will be crowdfunded with a target date of 12/18. ^ Looks like R released their 2nd single on March 10th this year. Seems they're still active as a group as Kazuchii posted on twitter that they've got a Christmas live on December 19th. Their 1st single (March 10th 2019) had Yuki Kimoto in the lineup. And one of the b-sides had Katou Mami, Miyuu Hosoda and Saemi Shinahama as guest vocalists (you can see them all recording in the last 20 seconds of the video posted)

Yesterday was the 10th anniversary of SDN48's disbandment. 26 of the members filmed a special video of Owaranai Encore, their graduation song, for Serina's youtube channel. if the video does not show watch the video here It made me pretty emotional (until I saw Machiko going full gravure ), but it's great to see everyone doing so well.
