    Her name Oktapyani , Oktafiani , Oktaviani are common last name used in Indonesia for girls born in October.

    Saktia, her parents must be wishing she possesses divine power or ‘sakti’ [Indonesian loan word from the Sanskrit “Shakti”]

    Being in this year senbatsu plus her ssk weird speech tells that she does show some ‘sakti’ XD
