Finished KII stage. Shawako was wonderful throughout. I will miss her but I am sure she will be voicing awesome anime in the future. Wish her the best.

Ahhh... she kinda grew on me after watching shukan AKB
Her character was rather funny and cute...
Having 7 psp is really rare.. lol

Wish her all the best on becoming a voice actress~
maybe she'll sing some of the anime's ops and eds too? =)

Hata's last blog post as an SKE member. Its a long one but her words just go to show how awesome a person she is. I hope she'll do well in her new profession.

名古屋ポートメッセでチョコの奴隷の個別握手会がありました。

We had a handshake event at Nagoya’s Port Messe for Choco no Dorei.

チョコの奴隷最後の握手会でもあり、同時に

It’s the last handshake event for Choco no dorei, and at the same time

私にとってもSKEでの最後の握手会となりました。

It also became my last handshake event with SKE.

名古屋に来るのは一ヶ月以上ぶりで、

It’s been more than a month since I’ve come to Nagoya,

After meeting and seeing everyone, it’s almost as if April disappeared

なので握手会もそれほど久しぶりという感じもせず、

結局最後の最後まで、卒業の実感が沸かないままでした。

and right up until the very end, there wasn’t the feeling of reality about graduation.

それはきっと自分の中で、絶対また皆さんに会える、

Although I don’t have the self-confidence to say it, it must be because

会えるように頑張る、と言う自信ではない

inside myself, I think that it’s probably because we will definitely be able to meet again,

気持ちがあるからなのかなあ、と想います。

and that I’ll work hard to be able to meet everyone again.

すごく暖かくって、幸せな最後の活動でした。

It was an extremely warm, and blissful last activity.

ただ残念なのはもっと皆さんとお話ししたかったなということ。

The only thing that I regret is that I wanted to talk more with everyone.

私の握手はご存知の方はおわかりになるかと想いますが、

Although I think that there are people who might come to understand my handshakes,

putting that aside, my handshakes weren’t interesting.

それでも皆さんと手をつなぎ直接お話が出来るそれは

We might be idols whom everyone can go to meet.

でも私にとって皆さんとは、

“because people kindly come, we are able to meet everyone”.

今想えば時にはそれを忘れ、驕ったときもあったかもしれません。

Thinking about it now, sometimes I might’ve forgotten that, and there are times where I might’ve been big-headed.

もっと皆さんと会えるその瞬間を大事にすれば良かったと、

I wish that I would’ve treasured the moments when I was able to meet everyone,

お恥ずかしながら後悔もあります。

and that makes me feel embarrassed and regretful.

会うというのは直接会うことだけではなく、

When I speak of “meeting”, it’s not just about when we talk directly,

例えばテレビで私たちを見る、雑誌をみる等も

for example, seeing us on TV, or in magazines etc., too,

すべて皆さんが会って下さること、皆さんの私たちに会う、

in all of these, everyone too kindly comes to meet us,

と言う能動的行動がなければ私たちは皆さんに

and without this active behavior, we would have

見ていただくこともかなわないのですから。

nothing to compare to everyone watching us, that’s why.

今日までSKEの秦佐和子に会って下さった皆さん、

Any news about Sawako working as a voice actor yet?

 

Nothing on radar this far. Fact is, like Kuumin, she's off the grid.

 

...and she was known for being the shy one of SKE. I hope her shyness isn't holding her back from becoming a seiyuu. Nakayan should put in a good word for Shawako.

 

Unlike Nakanyan who go straight into audition, Sawako mentioned she's going back to VA school and talking classes, so she'll probably be off grid for a while...

They just took different route. Nakayan took a lot of VA class before her family's financial issue forces her to drop out. She got the experience in AKB and even had multiple starting role in industry. So she go directly into audition.

Sawako on the other hand was also in VA school but her situation was a bit different, she hit a wall and decide to go another direction with SKE, literally quit, so she probably feel there is something for her to prove by getting back in class. Of course it could just simply be that she thought there is still something beneficial going back to class, but who knows? [think]

 

Except Sawako's situation is a bit different from Kuumin's since Kuumin wants to try something outside of the entertainment industry. I think Sawako's shyness made her very cute, I want to hear her say that phrase 'shinebaii' again. sign~

 

I wasn't even comparing Kuumin with her, Kuumin wanted out that is totally different.

My point being that by going back taking VA class she basically tells you that'll be out of loop for a while, especially her goal is to be a VA (where most of them don't really start making a name for themselves until they are late-20s or even early-30s). It's also obvious she won't be auditioning for jobs (be it radio or anime) anytime soon. Not to mention she was never one that used social media often, so it's not like she'll keep people updated in her school class live.

 

Great news... She now shows up in Love Lab.

Glad to know that she's doing well. I became her fan literally days before her graduation announcement, lol. She was one of the most interesting idols out of all the 48 family.
