When I joined Team 8, I was a third grader in middle school and I loved cute songs, but when I got to be a first year in high school, I wanted to try doing more mature units, too. NMB48-san’s “Zipper” seemed perfect and I really wanted to do it. After wishing for it for a long time, last January I got to perform it at the Iwate tour concert, but I was in the third position. After that, on Eito no Hi, this time I was able to be “Zipper”’s center! I was really happy.

But the happiest was when I got to perform a song solo in the theater. While I was riding the shinkansen, I got a mail about the positions for the stage and I read “Hattori Yuna” after “Watashi wa Watashi” and thought that there must have been a mistake. But then (Nakano) Ikumi called me to say “Yuna, congratulations!” And just like that while we were on the phone we both started crying (lol). I was really nervous about the first day. I kept thinking “Am I really good enough…” but the feeling of “I finally got a solo song so I have to try my hardest!” was also really strong so I was able to survive it without crying.

This year I got a lot of work in Gifu prefecture. I’ll do my best to appeal myself on Instagram and 755 so that I don’t lose to the SKE48 members from Gifu.
