Hinachima's voice is soooo swweeeeeeet!!! I can listen to her sing the whole song and fall in love. I need more of this from her.

Is it me or she's changed recently? When I think about Hinachima I think of a cute, gentle and composed girl which became a composed mature lady in these last years. Now seems like she's more on a rebelliois phase: saying she's into fast & furious, that new purple/pink hair colour... of course there's nothing wrong with that but it's not what I expected from her. Even when I see her approaching to others seems more decisive recently.

I don't know if she's changing a bit or it is just me who didn't notice she's always been like that. I'm not sure if I prefer this Hinachima I'm noticing right now or the previous one... When I think about the Nogizaka concept and image Hinachima has always been one of the members who better represented it, so seeing her changing too worries me a bit since she could've been one of the remaining senpais who could've preserved that image that they have built.

 

As someone who actively follows her, I can tell she definitely changed over the past few years. I think the most obvious change is that she doesn't worry as much about her image as she used to, and that she dares to be herself much more than before. When she doesn't feel happy during a handshake event for example, she'll be honest about it to those who visit her lane, instead of putting a fake smile. She knows what she wants, and more actively pursues it, whether it's her beauty and health studies, the type of gravure she wants to do, etc.

I don't think it's rebellious. She always had her own ways, but more repressive I guess in order to fit the more traditional idol persona. Now she's more looking for her unique spot within the group. Her movie taste has always been a diverse one. From the top of my head I know she loves movies like Now You See Me, but also likes to watch Star Wars. Therefore I am not really surprised by her recent interest in the Fast & Furious series. And where did you see her with pink hair? As far as I know, it's dark brown at the moment.

I don't think you have to worry about her desecrating the image of Nogizaka. At the end of the day, she still is that cute, gentle and composed girl from years ago. But she also broke out of her shell and it makes me love her even more.

Certainly I am biased, so interpret this post as you please.

 

From the photos of the last blog you translated, seems she changed hair colour, more pink than dark brown but maybe it's just the light that makes it look like that, in other photos of the same post, is the same colour she had before.

If she's more herself right now then I'm glad for her. I just hope she isn't drastically changing and mantains the image I always had of her, since a lot of senpai are gone, she would become one of the composed nice seniors which are kinda missing nowadays, especially after Maiyan graduates too.
