Bottom right of the picture says "KIJ48" so couldn't this just have been made by a fan who saw the title in the Tokyo Monorail CM?

 

here "bun" doesn't mean minutes, it denotes "part of" the 74 hundred million. So it's saying something like "To you, who is 1 in 74 hundred million" . Wait, is that 7.4 billion? I can't math. That's around how many people are on earth right?

Yea its 7.4 billion. Kind of like out of all the population of the world, this is only for you.

 

That's a very sweet concept, and the song sounds nice, from the little bit we can hear.

 

Just an information, the wiki page had changed it's title into that 7.4 billion thing

 

To be honest when I saw that title pop up on twitter, I expected to see it on the official site in a matter of hours. It still has not popped up on it.
So I'm sceptical about it being true until it is confirmed on the main site, or in a concert.
These monorail BGMs have always been B-sides as well.

The wiki page is edited by stage48 users, and the JP wikis have not yet taken it up either. It's sorta getting ahead of ourselves to put it on already. It could end up being true, but for now it's a rumour and I reverted the change.
