HKT48 Member Haruka Kodama will be on the cover of the manga magazine "Young Gangan" (December 4, 2015 Issue) and the issue will come with her double sided poster. It will be release on November 20th.

HKT48 Eikou no Labyrinth (an RPG Card Game) has released a new TV CM which has been uploaded on Youtube. The CM background music is "Tasogare no Tandem" which is a C/W song for HKT48's 6th Single.

HKT48 Theater Manager Rino Sashihara announced the HKT48 2nd Arena Tour Schedule during the Theater Show (Himawarigumi 2nd Stage) on December 19th.

• 23-24 February 2016: Tokyo - Yoyogi National Gymnasium
• 20 March 2016: Kobe - World Memorial Hall
• 29-30 March 2016: Fukuoka - Marin Messe

HKT48 4th Generation Announced


At the HKT48 Himawarigumi's 2nd stage on December 19th. It was also announced that HKT48 4th Generation will bgin auditions

The Application period begins on December 19, 2015 and ends on February 29, 2016.

It is Required that the applicants age be between the age of 11 to age 18 on April 1, 2016.

HKT48 new TV Show with NGT48


HKT48 will have a new TV show with another sister group NGT48, the show is called "HKT48 vs. NGT48 Sashikita Gassen".



HKT48 member Sashihara Rino will be MC of the TV show, and she will be representative of her Team HKT48, and NGT48's representative will be member Kitahara Rie. The TV show will begin airing at 12 January 2016.

HKT48 member Inoue Yuriya held her own Yuriya's Handshake Event Outift General Election 2015 on her official Google Plus. The results was announced at 4 January 2016.

Seitansai at the AKB48 Theater on January 7th, and she said her target is the Top 16 for the AKB48G General Election this year.



Mio Tomonaga was 21st in last years Election (Getting 28,197 Votes that year). So we will see if she is able to get to her target this year (Won't be easy, but it could happen imo).

Universal Music will be in charge of recruiting HKT48's 4th Generation, their recruitment aim focuses on rookies with good singing skills, despite their nationalies and genre.

The applaication perioid will end on February 29th. It Is required applicants's age between 11 to 18 on April 1, 2016

HKT48 member Sashihara Rino announced her book "Gyakutenryoku ~Pinch wo Mate~" has had it 6th print, total 100,000 copies".

Gyakutenryoku is a book about Sashihara Rino wrote her own successful experience, how she became to shine as a talented character despite being bullied as a girl. Her character shines even though she was not the best singer or dancer, and the fact that she is not one of good looking girl among AKB48 group. Her idol career from demoting to HKT48 to became AKB48 General Election 2013 (and 2015) rank no. 1.
