She won this fan election https://twitter.com/48RequestHour/status/1272952574866608130?s=20 Congrats on first place, queen
SKE Matome made a post about it and in her showroom, which is airing right now, she keeps thanking people for voting. The twitter election was obviously just for fun, but I think it's really cute how excited she is about it. People in the comments keep calling her "Sekai no Champion" (worldwide champion) and there's a lot of comments saying "I'm a new fan from America" and "there's a lot of new viewers here." I didn't know her before this, but her viewer count is currently 1,455 as I'm writing this and loads of people (including myself) have the "NEW VISITOR" tag. Even if it was just a silly post, the fact that she's happy and got new fans because of it is really cute.
Let's face it, so many people wouldn't have given her a chance if it wasn't for this election. It was just for fun, but she got something good out of it, and it makes me happy. Community projects like these and their unexpected results really help these girls build a fanbase in times like these. I hope they keep going.
I'm pretty sure that someone used a bot to fill out the form using Sayaka's name, but it's still crazy. She got 192k votes, while Murayama Yuiri only got 47k and Yamamoto Sayaka like 26k? Maybe I remembered the numbers wrong but I know Iriuchijima Sayaka won with a rough gap of 150k votes. However, it's still pretty cool. I would love it if this actually had any positive effect on her career in the long run. I wanted to congratulate her in her showroom, so I watched her stream today, and she was honestly super adorable so she has gained a new fan in me as well.
I mean, the fact that you have a fan passionate enough to powervote you using bots, that speaks a lot of your potential. You don't make such a effort for a person you don't care about.
It wasn't THAT much effort.. maybe an hour or so to get everything running all the same im glad that she got some attention and maybe a few new followers, hope they stick with her. at the time i saw people on twitter saying i was a bully for doing it
Effort is effort! Besides, there is also the time you've invested learning and practicing to make it so easily o3o It's not something everyone can do either. Give more credit to yourself, you did something very cool oAo
