i wonder if karin will be casted in shougi drama/movie someday *but ofc she need to improve her acting first

 

lately got interested into shogi, and rlly want to learn it. i wonder, is karin a player or just someone who have interest in shogi ? if she's player, what rank is she ? she's not pro obviously, anyone have info ?

lately got interested in shogi (karin play big part on this), and its began with i read some manga about shogi, and then movie about shogi, and since i like chess, then i think why not try shogi ?

so last night i try to play shogi (after learn a bit about the game) so here my thought, it is pretty much same like chess, only shogi has more diverse structure, and of course the rule is different. rule wise, chess is easier, while shogi, how to put it.. like if you compare it with chess, shogi emm.. its like you start from real zero, in chess you have some pawn like queen etc (except king) who can move freely, while in shogi yo dont have that, and just in case if you want your pawn move freely you need to promote them. in shogi.. its all about promoting, this come from amateur prespective *me.

for now, shogi caught my attention more, i really love chess but shogi might be became my jam for couple of weeks onwards. but all in all, both of them is fun, chess and shogi.

if you like chess i think you definitely gonna like shogi too.

try to read '3-gatsu no lion' first, its a rlly good manga about shogi, i dont know if you read manga or not but try it, thats gonna help your interst with shogi.

one thing that i just find and its really interisting, there's some shogi master who is also at the same time is chess master, is yoshihara habu for example, he's legendary in shogi world. and his ELO score in chess is around +2400.

Last time, 2 years ago to be exact, there's a game between him and legendary chess player kasparov. Here's the records of their game :

Ito Karin's latest 2 blog posts feature her and some members' trip to Hong Kong. She went with Nanase, Junna, Yuttan, and Kawago. And like the good, little photographer she is she took tons of photos. Hopefully, she'll post more of the vacation on her blog. I always thought it was too cute when she carried around her camera during the 46 Hour NogiTV show.

junna yuttan and kawago arent weird if they went together, but nanase too? were they going there for a real vocation or tv shows?

 

@mayuri91 Nanase is supposedly great friends with Yuttan, so it ain't really a suprise. I think Karin and Yuttan already went together to HK before. Kawago is the one that sticks out for me as she isn't a natural pairing for the others. For example, 2nd gen is Junna and Karin. Nanase and Yuttan pair well. Is Kawago the fifth wheel? LOL!

The trip was most likely vacation.
