One thing I'm confused about, how can Vampire have sold 174k on the 24th when it was released on the 25th?

 

Because Oricon reports the sales from the day before.
Btw there's a dedicated thread, like pretty much all CD releases.

 

If they count it from the day before then that would mean the CD was released on the 23rd, so I understand even less. How can they predict sales? I understand there's pre-orders, but there's lots of people that buy it on the day.

Interestingly, I've noticed that there's usually only threads for their Japanese releases. I haven't seen one for COLOR*IZ or HEART*IZ, but maybe I'm just blind

 

@bonjourmarlene for COLOR*IZ or HEART*IZ, only use Gaon album chart, most of daily data both gaon and oricon was really hard to keeping track, unless someone is every day dedicatedly keep on records it somewhere, the numbers it self might be more than what had been calculated here, but these figure below has link as reference for people seeing and know where we get the input data, and it's posted by official sites

It's reported the police found substantial evidence(s) of vote rigging in the last round of Produce X. Few debuted contestants could debut due to votes transferred from eliminated contestants. Those undeserving debutants seemingly came from Woollim (Eunbi and Chaewon's agency), Starship (Yujin and Wonyoung's agency) and MBK as the police had raid these 3 agencies. The police (cyber crime unit of Metropolitan Police Agency) has expanded the investigation to all seasons of Produce series and Idol School.

As much as I want Mnet & the agencies involved to get backlash for the rigging, I wish they didn’t actually reveal which agencies was involved. Because putting 2 & 2 together makes it obvious Junho, Minhee, and Hangyul (my fav ) were the rigged in members. Likely Mingyu, Jinhyuk, and Jungmo were suppose to be in their place.

Because Produce 48 is also under investigation, it’ll likely be revealed which agencies were involved in their rigging.

 

Click on my reference 2. Those in the photo are prime suspects, Hangyul isn't. Hangyul had many noona fans using various tactics to buy votes. He was also one of more popular members on Korean online spaces.

Also, the police found clue(s) that Mnet started rigging the vote in round 2.

Thai netz commented they had suspected Lee Kaeun (Pledis) and Han Chowon (Cube) were unfairly eliminated and, Pledis and Cube coincidentally didn't participate in Produce X.

Updated: Police has conducted search and seizure in several agencies whose trainees debuted in IZ*One. No agency name has been given yet.
