I'd like you to justify your assertion that there's no clear ace on any of the HKT teams.

I love her facial expressions, she has a kind of mischievous airhead look

 

Lol I kind of like the concept of the 1st ace because it's the management's chosen center before all that fan influence starts to come into play.

For HKT, 1st gen was Haruppi, 2nd gen was Meru, 3rd gen I didn't pay attention to lol. Nene seems like the most natural and well-rounded among 4th gen imho

Nene in Tomaranai Kanransha

 

Yeah, Nene was wCenter for it as Haruppi's under together with Sakura . It was quite the challenge for her as she only heard about it 4 days before the performance.
She wrote about it in mail. Had a lot of pressure but also support from Sakura. Now you can see why she talked about Sakura in my previous post.
Interesting is also the competitive sounding bit at the end. Like competitive banter lol.

First off, this is going to be long.

Both concerts at SSA, are over!!!

Today, during the coupling medley
as the under for Kodama Haruka-san in Tomaranai Kairansha, (tl note: HKT48 coupling on AKB 48th single by HKT senbatsu)
I was double center with Sakura-san.

The pressure of dancing right at the front.
The pressure of being double center with Sakura-san who you can say is one of the faces of the entire 48 group.

I heard that I was going to under, four days before the concert.
I trained by myself that evening.
And the solo lesson I talked about three days ago was for that too.

I was really happy that they chose me.
Being like "Let's go, let's go."

But when I rehearsed with the senbatsu, it felt different than I had expected after all, and I got worried. Dancing in front of all of my seniors, I felt so much pressure that nothing but anxiousness came along.
It was at that point that Sakura talked to me on mail and LINE.

I read it in the middle of a rehearsal, so I had to be strong but I was touched and really felt like crying. Lol

Because staff and SEIGO-san both told me "Put everything you have into this", I really really set everything aside to practice for this, above anything else. It was really challenging.

Yet after all, the pressure, nerves and the aura of Sakura-san dancing next to me made me feel like I immediately lost.

When everything was over I couldn't stop crying.
But still, hearing "It was awesome" from staff and members made me really happy. Lol

I talk about wanting to become someone who gets chosen for things, so it has to be the case that I push back and not get crushed by this kind of pressure.

Sakura-san is really kind and thinks about the members, but she also doesn't hesitate to tell you your bad points. She's funny, I really really love her and I have a lot of respect for her.

However, next time there's an opportunity like this
I want to be like
"Sakura-san come on, let's see you get in on it too!"

Busted, lol. Nene plays it cool and tries to hide the more clingy situations, but she loves Aki to bits. It always comes out.

 

She kinda gives off a Okada Nana vibe. Her stage presence is such pro even though she's a kenkyuusei.
